Make Up Your Mind

Chapter 5

The weekend went by fast and it was already Monday morning, I didn't put much makeup on being lazy, just my waterline and mascara. I road my skateboard to school and when I got there I headed for my locker I rounded the corner and stopped in my spot at the sight before me.

Mr. Jack*ss was sucking off the face of a slut against my locker, I felt a sting of jealousy, but pushed it aside and walked toward them with my skateboard in hand.
I cleared my throat to ketch their attention, but they just continued.

"Excuse me," I say, they just ignored me.

"EXCUSE ME!" they actually jumped at how loud I said that, which caused a few people to look our way. The two in front of me looked at me like I was crazy, the slut just glared at me.

"Good now that I have your attention, move your std a*ses somewhere else, preferably not on or near my locker," I said earning a glare from the both of them.

"Why don't you just wait your turn like a good little girl?" the slut seethed, 'Oh hell no, she did not just say that to me! No one speaks that way to me, well not anymore that is.'

I grabbed her by her hair and yanked her to the other side of the hallway, we had already drawn a crowd from all her loud cries, I slammed her against the lockers on the other side of the hall, and put my hands on either side of her head and lean close to her ear so she hears every word loud and clear.

"Ok listen and listen good, bitch, I am not gonna repeat myself. I will NOT tolerate you saying sh*t like that. I am NOT like everyone else in this god d*mn school who would let you walk all over them, you say something like that to me again or anyone else, I'll make you regret it."

I slam my fist in the locker beside her head at the end of my rant, which makes her flinch and whimper.

I walk to my locker, put my skateboard in my locker and slam it close, and I walk to my next class ignoring everyone else already hearing the teachers headed toward the crying girl on the ground.

The last bell rang and I practically ran to my locker for my skateboard and went to smoke a cigarette, since I hadn't had one all day and really needed one.

I got there and it was just Cade there smoking, "hey man," I greeted him.

"Hey Sage, how are you? I heard about this morning," he trailed off.

"Psh, I'm fine, the b*tch just needed to be put in her place," he chuckled at my response.

I took out my cigarette and forgot my lighter so I asked Cade to light it which he thankfully did, I took one puff and sighed as the smoke filled my lungs.

"So, may I ask what's going on with you and Asher?" he smiled knowingly.

"No you may not ask, because there is nothing going on between me and Asher," I said glaring at the ground.

"Sure," he drawled out not believing me like everyone else.

"Ugh," I groaned as I put my head in my hands in embarrassment, but couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

I put out my cigarette, "I'm gonna go before I embarrass myself," I wave bye to him and jog to my motorcycle, I got on as I got a text I checked my phone, it was from Jade.

From Jade:

'Hey Sage I was wondering if you wanted join me and the gang for a movie tonight?? :-)'

To Jade:

'Yeah sure I don't see why not I got no other plans.'

From Jade:

'Great! The movie starts at 9 at the movie theaters in town square. See you then!'

I smile at my phone, 'it feels good to have friends again, to have things to do instead of sitting around.'

I drove home and headed for my bed, I needed a nap before the movies, I sat a alarm for 8 so I could get up and ready for the movies. I laid down and closed my eyes and let sleep take over me.
