"Is this your family?"

"What are you doing?"

"Just looking at your family portrait. You're the oldest child, huh?"

"Yea. As you can see."

"Where are your family?"

"They're in Indonesia."

"You're here alone?"

"Not really. I have Rizha. I met her when we were in Indonesia."

"You lived there before?"

"Yep." Ali popped the 'P', "My parents were Indonesian. I was born here but moved to Indonesia when I was 2 and lived there until I was 18."

"But your last name is Evans."

"Not so Indonesian?" Ali laughed a little, "That's a long story."

"Enlighten me."

"So Evans is basically the name of my mom's doctor when she was in labor. Her name is Julie Evans. So my mom named me with her last name to make a tribute to her. Doctor Evans is also the person that helped me with college application and stuffs when I moved here. Basically she's my mom's and my hero."

"Wow, so no middle name or surname?"

"Nah, just Ali Evans. What about you?"

"Well, Jonah means dove. It's Hebrew. And Schneider means tailor in German. Basic surname. I like your name more."

"Why?"

"I just like it."
