Chapter 4~Hospital

"What is it Jason?"Kara asks.
"You might wanna come here,it's Kara"Jason says with a hint of worry in his voice.

Alex rushed out of the school and found Jason.She saw Kara on the road bleeding.
"What happened?"Alex says in a rushed tone.
"Calm down,she got hit by a car."Jason says with no emotion.
"How am I supposed to calm down?My best friend just got hit by a car!"Alex says getting mad.
"Relax,I called 911 and they're on their way."Jason says trying to calm Alex down.
"It's best we tell the teachers."Alex says calming down.
"Yeah,I'll go do that."Jason says walking back to the school.
Alex takes some deep breaths and walks over to Kara,she had a lot of blood around her stomach.But what Alex couldn't understand was how she got hit?If she had flying powers can't she just fly above the car?It didn't make any sense at all.Alex was going to get to the bottom of this.
"Alex,you're here."She whispered.
"I'm here,what happened?"Alex asks.
"I dunno,it was a blur."Kara says honestly.
"But it doesn't make any sense.You could just fly above the car."Alex says.
"Who said I got hit by a car? Definitely not a car."Kara says remembering the shape.
"Jason did."Alex says.
"He must have saw something different,he doesn't have that bond like we do."Kara says.
"We'll get you to the hospital,the ambulance is on it's way."Alex says.
Jason comes back with Mr.Wood.
"What happened here?"Mr.Wood asks looking at Kara.
"She got hit by a car."Jason states.
"Okay, you guys can go with her since you're her friends and she'll need support call her mom too."Mr.Wood says.
Mr.Wood leaves and go backs to the school.
"Jason she didn't get hit by a car."Alex says.
"Sorry,I was using that as a excuse cause people were around.I'll tell you at the hospital."Jason said.
Why was Jason acting all weird around me? Normally, he'd tell me what's up, what's wrong this time? The ambulance had arrived and a bunch of people were putting Kara on to a bed thing.Jason and I climbed aboard the ambulance and doctors were working on Kara.
"How long until we arrive?"Alex asks.
"About 10 more minutes."One of the doctors say.
We were about at the hospital by no time, Jason and I climbed out of the ambulance and walked towards the waiting room.They had apparently rushed Kara into surgery.Jason and I sat down beside each other.
"Can you tell me now what happened to Kara?"Alex asks politely.
"Okay, um I was eating my lunch outside when I saw Kara crossing the street, she suddenly fell down and I went over and it looked liked there was a glowing green substance."Jason explains.
Alex had watched enough SuperGirl to know what that was.
"Kryptonite."Alex says.
"What's that?"Jason asks.
"A substance that's designed to harm people like SuperMan."Alex says.
"Oh,Kara is a alien?"Jason asks.
"Apparently,guess she wanted it to be a secret."Alex guessed.
