Marco's POV

"Do you think I am becoming weak.." I said trying to avoid her gaze..she came closer and put a hand on my shoulder "Marco you are the strongest person I know! You have a red belt in karate too! I like just the way you are.." She said softly..part of me wants to believe it's true..but part of me is a heartless soul who can't believe in anything..

"Yeah but I got beaten up by ludo's monsters! Star I don't think I can even protect you..!" This time I pulled her closer by her waist..I care about her..a lot..but I can't be her hero...what if I can't even be her Friend..I am a nobod-

Before I could finish star pulled me into a embrace "Marco, you are special to be..I don't care if you can't fight..I don't care if you can protect me! I don't need a hero! I just need..you.." She said resting her Chin on my shoulder...I am trying not to cry...geez what is this girl doing to me..I quickly hugged back tightly as tears were rolling down my cheeks..what would i do without her..

"Marco don't cry.."

"Can't help it"

"Hey Marco"

"Hmm?"

"What would you say if your bestie loved you?"

"Yes..I love you too"
