The new girl at the sandlot

-time skip to Friday night Yeah-Yeah's POV-

I was so nervous about our date tonight. we decided to go the diner and then to the sandlot. 'Oh crap, is 6:30! I better start getting ready!' I though to myself. I put on long socks, cut off jean shorts, a white shirt, and a baseball jersey. (it was a casual date.)I walked out of my room and put on my chuck taylor's and baseball cap. I grabbed my bat and glove and I went to Annie's house.

-Annie's POV-

for mine and yeah-yeah's date I was going to wear jeans, yeah-yeah's jersey (from when we switched shirts) and a LA dodgers hat with my black high top converse. For make up I applied a very natural tone of makeup. At about 7:00 I heard a knock on my door. It was Yeah-Yeah, "wow, you look... beautiful!" he said. I just blushed and said" thank you!"

We started walking to the diner and yeah-yeah slipped his hand in mine. we held hands all the way to the diner. when we got there we sat in a booth. he got a hamburger and I got a salad. yeah-yeah whispered something to the waiter, the waiter smiled and then he came back with a large milkshake
