i walked away knowing the sandlot boys probably hated me at this point. kamden ran after me, "annie im sorry but i dont think its going to work out with us your not a good kisser... bye" he said and then ran off. 'wow, did that really just happen' i thought i went home and cried. i had never felt more embarrased.

*time skip to 2 weeks later annies pov*

i heard a knock a my window and i looked and saw benny "annie we need to talk" he said grabbing my arm walking me to my bed. we both sat down "look im sorry for yelling at you, but i do understand what you meant by we were too blinded by the game to see how kamden really is. but i do need to tell you something that does involve kamden. He waas suing you for popularity, he wanted to get in your pants. also we want you to come back to th sandlot." he said very sincere. "okay" i said. we walked to the sandlot and everyone forgave me and said their apologies and we played ball like we never had before.
