As the team moved slowly across the desert, they were beginning to develop a plan. Chris had most of the ideas because he was the only one (other than Alex and Will) who knew his way around Area 51. Their plan was that, sense it was illegal to steal a military aircraft without permission, Chris would distract the Air Force security. Then, Alex, Cat, and Noah would find a small UFO to use, while Bell goes up into the control tower, hacks into the schedule and books a flight time for the UFO, so it isn't suspicious when they take off. Lastly, Bell and Chris will enter the UFO and will take off towards Polaris!
Noah grinned, "This will work. It has to work." As time passed and the distance between the team and Area 51 closes in they start to stress about the plan.
"They aren't just going to let Chris into Area 51, Noah we need another way in." Cat said to Noah as they trudged through the night. Noah dashed over to Chris.
"How well do you know the men in Area 51 Chris?" Noah questioned. Chris chuckled.
" I don't know them. But I bet they know me. They were all there to see Will, Alex, and I leave to try to see what the source was to a big explosion we saw that came from the west. I'm basically a hero to them. Why do you ask?"
"I was thinking up a new start to the plan." Noah described the plan in great detail.
"I'm in!!! It's a great plan!" Chris said excitedly.Lights appeared above the hill of sand in front of them.
"We're here." Chris said looking back at the team. It was time for the plan to begin. Time for phase one, luckily Chris had tiny ear Bluetooth mic and speakers so they could talk back and forth. They each put one in their left ears and let Chris do his thing. Chris looked over at Alex,
"You ready?"
Alex almost instantly answered, "Let's do it." Chris picked up Alex and started to head over to the gate. Soon Chris was at the gate putting in a 4-digit code, the same code that he told the others about so they could get through too. Chris was instantly meet by guards.
Then Chris yelled, "Quick!! Why are you just standing here?! Get help! Get the medic, get everyone!"
"Ahh, the good ol' 'get help' plan. Now that's a classic." Bell whispered, then was shushed. Chris and Alex were brought to a medic tent near the gate, there was swarms of Air Force soldiers hovering around the tent to hear what happened to Will and Alex. Even the men from the guard towers above the gate were waiting to hear the story. While they were busy, the team got into their positions. Bell darted towards the control tower, she noticed that there was still one guard cleaning before he left. He was starting more through the doorway as Bell slipped under the stairs. As soon as he passed Bell, she ran straight to the control panel that scheduled flight paths. She hacked in a take off in ten minutes, while Cat and Noah look for a UFO.
Noah and Cat rushed from the gate straight towards a b-5102 fighter jet. Noah stopped right to the side of the fighter plane.
Noah looked at Cat, "If this thing ever gets into the sky, and we try to escape, we won't make it a mile before we're blown away."
Cat looked strangely a Noah. "How do you know?" She asked. Noah pointed to multiple markings on the left side of the cockpit. In straight lines were several UFO marks signifying how many UFO's the pilot had shot down. Cat counted 150, but Noah claimed that there was only 125. But he just wanted to be more optimistic.
"Do you think we'll even make it into space, before they figure out what is going on?" Cat asked. Noah looked down.
He tried to answer optimistically, but Cat could tell he was worried too. So they kept looking.
Meanwhile, Chris was entertaining the entire base by making a fake story about what happened to Will. Everyone was on edge as he started to finish the story. Alex looked out of the medic room, seen as they had already fixed his chest, he walked slowly out of the tent and dashed for Noah and Cat.
"Did you guys find anything? Because Chris can't think of anything! We're running out of time!" Alex was practically yelling.
Noah looked strangely at Alex, "Don't worry! I found a UFO." They all looked at a gigantic hanger that read 'Top Secret DO NOT ENTER' in yellow paint on the left hanger door. Suddenly Bell ran down from the control tower.
"Yellow? Why did they choose yellow, of all colors? I... I can't even read it," Every one looked at Bell. "Why are you all just standing here? Come on we don't have much time!" Bell scolded as she brushed aside Noah to get to the hanger. Everyone followed. Bell examined the lock, she then ran off only to return with a saw.
"Noah come help me with this. There, you grab one end," Bell flinched almost causing the saw to fall on her knee, "I'll grab, the other, end." Bell was out of breath from running with a giant saw, so Cat grabbed Bells end. Soon the lock was clean off.
"And.. There we go! It's off! Good idea Bell." Alex said. Bell blushed.
As they walked into the hanger, they could see three UFOs. All magnificently placed in such a manner that you feel almost microscopic when standing at a distance from the three large metallic saucers. As they walked closer they could start to see the small alien text scrambled across the strange silver tone hull, only it wasn't silver, they didn't know what it really was. Suddenly Alex fell to the ground. Hand to his chest Alex couldn't move. He was still hurt bad and refused to stand. Bell and Cat supported Alex as they made there way to the middle UFO, the biggest UFO, the Roswell UFO. Noah took notice of clipboard sitting on a big piece of machinery. He picked it up and started to read from it,
"It says that it has a carrying capacity of up to four people!"
"What about Chris?" Alex asked. Noah started to flip the pages that were on the clip board. Then Noah found a page, "The UFO on the left can hold only one person. The cool part about the third UFO is that it's controlled through your mind."
Through the pain Alex said, "What are we waiting for!? Let's go we're running out of time." Bell and Cat helped Alex up to the smaller UFO and got him into place. Then Alex's UFO jolted upwards.
"It works! This is so cool!" Alex said through the mic. While Bell and Cat were helping Alex control the UFO, Noah was getting the Roswell UFO ready for lift off. As Noah walked in he was in an open room with a chair in the center. Noah was hesitant as he sat in the soft weirdly comfortable chair. Then the arms of the chair raised which seemed to make the chair move upward. Soon Noah was staring out of the dome at the top of the saucer. Meanwhile, Chris had finished his story, "And then we stumbled here. Alex should be alright."
One of the army generals spoke up, "Chris! Alex is missing! He's not in the medic room!" Chris rushed to the medic room and then put on a surprised look on his face,
"Quick, through the tent, all of you and I will look for Alex outside of the tent. Alone." Chris quickly ran to the UFO hanger and jumped into the Roswell UFO. Noah was busy working on the UFO's weapon systems.
"You won't need to do that they're to busy to notice us." Chris said pulling up another chair from in the UFO. Just then the hanger door closed and both Bell and Cat ran into the UFO and shut the door.
"What's going on?" Noah said nervously.
"Multiple people are heading towards the hanger!" Cat said starting up the UFO's radar. Three dots popped on screen.
"Someone start up the engine, someone needs to contact Alex, and prime the weapons. We have one chance to get out of here and we need to take it. Or we won't make it."
