Surreality --- murdoc x reader

Calm Day -chapter 8-

            As weeks pass, your relationship gets better and better. For five weeks straight, you had gotten into only one fight. Murdoc hadn't hurt you at all either.

           "Wake up, Muds." You say in a light tone in Murdoc's ear. He has been sleeping fro a long time now, and you were starting to get bored. Something warm curled around your waist and pulled you into the bed again. Murdoc had pulled you a lot closer to him, and dozed off again. "Muds, c'mon! I'm bored." He ignores that, and just continues to sleep. You decide to get up and walk around. I mean, it's not you had anything better to do.

           Over the time you've been here, you've noticed that Murdoc is the softest with you and Noodle. Obviously, he abused 2D, and he didn't even pay that much attention to Russel. Most of the time Russel was in his room listening to hip hop, or doing taxidermy. Although Russel was a fatherly figure to Noodle, it always seemed as if Noodle though of Murdoc as a father. It confuses the hell out of you, because he rarely ever does things with her. Plus, he wasn't much of an influence either. 

           "Harro, (y/n)!" Noodle said in her thick Japanese accent. You bend down to be on her level, since she was a small ten year old. "Whe-whe-re is Muds?" She asks you. She struggles a bit on the where, but eventually pronounces it. 

           "Sleeping," you tell her. Noodle frowns and looks at you. "Shhhh, let's not wake him up." You tell her. But she doesn't understand what you say, and instead thinks that you said "let's wake him". She sprints down the hallway, and you chase after her.

           "Noodle, no!" But it's useless. She skips down to Murdoc's room and starts giggling. You run into his room after her, but she starts jumping on the bed.

           "Muds! Muds!" She repeatedly says, sort of singing. He wakes up and looks really crabby. It looks like he's about to yell, but he doesn't because he notices it's just Noodle. You know he wouldn't dare to yell at her. Noodle jumps onto Murdoc and gives him a bear hug. His eyes widen when she does that. You guys have talked and he's told you he is scared of being a father.. Even though he has about ten children out there that he couldn't care less about. But having to look out after a child... He's afraid he'll mess up and turn out like his father. 

           "Oh, hehe, hey Noods." He tells her, still sleepy and groggy. You smile at the sight of them together. These kind of moments rarely ever happened, but you enjoyed when they did. You could just picture in your head, Murdoc and you as a small family. Even though it will probably never happen. He's too devoted to the band to care about a family. 

         Murdoc signals you to lay down on the bed next to them, and you do. Since Noodle is still learning English, she uses actions to learn. For example, when someone falls, she says hurt. She's very eager to learn it, and does it all the time. Her English quickly gets better, day by day. All three of you lay there. None of you say anything, you just enjoy the moment. All of a sudden Noodle says a new English word she learned.

         "Family?" She asks. At that second, you were happier than you could ever be. You could feel your heart melting. Murdoc looked over to you. He had a worried expression on his face. To reassure him he's doing good, you stroke his hair. As you blow him a kiss, he calms down. 

         "Yes Noodle, family." Murdoc responds to her. A huge smile grows on your face. Love and warmth was in the air. It wrapped and made you feel secure. Noodle lays down in between the two of you and you both put a hand over her. 

         Who knows why you ever doubted about you two having a family. Because right now, you three WERE a family. Although Noodle wasn't either of yours biological child, she had become a daughter to you. She now has a special place in your heart. 

         Your life has changed so much in a short amount of time. Before you joined Gorillaz, you were barely living. Not much money, Just working in the city for tips all day. You never wanted to have sex. And look at you, you little bad girl. You lost your virginity to the Murdoc Niccals. Never really wanted kids, up until now... And you have a little family.

        But the most important thing, is that you met the love of your life.

HEY GUYS! sorry  i was gone for so looong! i really wished i could have wrote at camp. But hey, i'm back. this chapter was REALLLY fluffy so i hope you liked it. but i have always had a vision of murdoc as a father to noodle. idk why, but i though i could maybe incorporate it into the story. as always, all the votes, reads, and comments are appreciated :) also, if you have any suggestions, be sure to mention them in the comments!
