I rang Simon, my hands starting to shake.
"Simon Cowell here" he said sternly
"Heeeey Uncle Si" I said slowly
"what do you want or what have you done" he said
"maybe its better if I come in I mean we" I said biting my lip
"we? you and the boys" he asked
"well no but they probably will come" I whispered
"your with someone new?" he growled
I had been told no more girlfriends after the Eleanor situation

"Uncle Si chill..i dont have a new girlfriend just let me explain when I get there" I said impatiently
"come in at 3pm today make sure your sharp Louis, I can tell this won't be good so don't make it worse" he barked
"Yes Uncle Si" I squeaked
This was going to be harder than I thought

"ready lads?" Liam asked
We all mumbled a 'Yes' because we knew the fate of Rudy, Simon wasnt going to accept her but we had already, she was apart of our 1D family now and nobody was going to take that away. If Simon so much as looks at my daughter in the wrong way, I am gone out of the band. Out of Syco records everything, I've known Rudy 3 days and I already love her so much.
Luckily there was no paparazzi today so we managed to sneak into Syco records and up to Uncle Si's huuuggeeee office, luckily we also knew where Uncle Si's office was so we didn't need to bring attention to ourselves to people I mean come on my own MUM didn't know for god sake!
We knocked on the door and Simon barked a come in, it was 2:57pm on the dot, not by much but early for the first time ever not matter what Liam did we were always late!
"Lads" Simon said a little smirk pulling at his lips as he stood up shaking our hands
"so whats up" he asked
I swear to you he is so bipolar!
We all took a seat and I put Rudy's car seat inbetween my legs
"a couple of days ago..." I started and like I had the boys I told Simon the whole story up until now "and then I called you to speak to your and then you said come at 3pm on the dot and.."
"I get the rest Louis" Simon said
"soo..." Niall dragged out
"I have a number for an care home, they will take Ruby" he said picking up his phone
"Rudy, thank you and put the fucking phone down" I growled (A/N sorry for the bad language more coming up! :/)
The boys gasped around me. I picked up Rudy's car seat
"this is my daughter! My fucking daughter Rudy and not you NOT fucking ANYONE will take her away got it?" I asked.
"so what if I kick you out the band?" he asked and this time the boys gasps got louder
"I'll save you a job, I quit" I yelled before taking Rudy's car seat and walking out the room as quick as I could
