Uh, they don't really seem like the best (romantic) relationship to me. Annabeth is crazy about her 'seaweed brain' (trust me on that, I've witnessed some things.) And aren't Jason and Piper dating?
Whatever the case, they're both in good relationship's already, and I feel like the girls are better off in a friendship, like they are now.
