Alissa and I have gotten so close ever since we've met each other. I've honestly felt like we've known each other for a long time, when only we've only known each other for a week to be exact.
We've been talking about moving into an apartment together, now that my grandma isn't living at the house anymore.
Yes, I know I'm basically wasting my money, investing in an apartment when I have a free opportunity. However, it's a great opportunity to get away from the team 10 house. Since they're literally right next to me. And yes, I still visit my grandma at the hospice.
The movers truck pulled up on the side, as I move the boxes into the living room.
I can already see Jake come outside the house, staring as they loaded the boxes into the truck.
"Yo. What is going on?" Jake asked, standing still.
"I'm moving." I said, confidentially going back inside.
Somehow he finds his way through the crowd of fans, and into my house.
"What? Why?"
"He hasn't told you yet?" I scoffed, trying to pack last minute things.
"Who's he? And told me what?" He asked, confused as he scratches his head.
"Anthony."
"What about Anthony?"
"We broke up." I said, stopping what I was doing and stood there in silence.
"No, you didn't."
"What happened?!" He added
This kid asks too many questions.
"Let's just say we got into an argument and ended up breaking each other's promises."
I can see Chance walking onto my yard from the window, as he enters the front door.
Great. More people. More questions.
"Yo what's going on here?" Chance asked, jogging inside the house.
"She's moving out." Jake said, all disappointed.
"Bro. Why?" Chance asked getting all serious.
"Because"
"Because what?" Chance said, as Jake and him follow me around the house.
"Because I can"
"No you can't"
"And who's stopping me"
"We are"
"No you're not."
At this point the movers were already done loading the boxes. All I need is to get my laptop, my purse and head out the door.
"Amanda don't do this" Jake said, putting his hands through his hair.
"Please Amanda." Chance pleaded.
"You're going to hurt Anthony." He added, as I opened my car door.
"Just remember, he hurt me first." I said, hopping into my car, turning the car on.
"Bye guys"
As I pulled out the driveway, I could see Chance, Jake, and him. Tony. It tore my heart to see him. I didn't even get to say bye. Neither did he.
"Ugh. Snap out of it Amanda." I said to myself as I turn left. I'm officially out of the neighborhood.

I arrived at 1600 vine apartment. It's funny because this is where Jake used to live.
Let's talk about how awkward that is.
The movers were already parked in front of the apartment, already unloading my stuff as I tell them my apartment number and what floor.
Alissa texted me saying that she was upstairs settling her stuff.
The valet took my car and parked it into my garage. I decided to take the stairs to get some cardio in.
The door was already opened, movers coming in and out of the rooms.
"Here we are. Apartment 540 on floor 5" I whispered to myself, as I entered.
"Ahh!!! Amanda!" An enthusiastic Alissa screamed.
"Oh my gosh. I'm literally so excited!" I said, as Alissa pulls me into a hug.
"I can't believe it's happening!" She said, as we pull apart from the hug. Admiring the place.

It's been 2 hours ever since the movers left. I'm still sitting here figuring out where to start.
Growing up, I was usually the handy person in my family. I usually did not need to rely on instructions.
My bed was already assembled, but clothes and boxes were everywhere.
Who knew this would be such a struggle.
"Yo what do you want for dinner?" Alissa asked, yelling from her room.
"Let's go out!" I yelled back, as my stomach begins to rumble. I needed a break from this.
"Alright! Our uber should be here in 5!"
I got ready putting on a pair of black lululemon leggings, a blue Adidas sweatshirt and my white nikes.
We took the elevator down to the lobby, and our uber driver came just in time.
