I decided to head back on over to my nana's since I spent that night at Jakes.

I entered the house to see my grandma sewing a scarf, while the tv is on.

"Hi sweetie! How was Jakes?" She asked, looking up from what she was doing.

"It was great! I finally got to catch up with the Ohio boys. I also met new people!" I said, getting a water bottle from the fridge.

"Aw that's good. Did Anthony talk? He texted me last night, that you fell asleep and didn't want to wake you up."

"That's right nana" I nod.

"Don't you miss him?" She asked

"For sure." I said, looking down at the floor.

"Well. I'm confident enough to say, that he is the one." She said, as she continues to sew. "It's meant to be."

"I mean. I guess."

"Look. I just want to let you know that you have my approval. And if y'all end up having sex"

"Nanaaaa" I said, complaining

"Don't forget to use protection!" She said, going back to her sewing project.

"Alright Nana, I'm going to head up stairs. Goodnight." I said, hugging her.

"Night sweetie."

I looked down at my phone and it was a text from Anthony.

"Goodnight" I texted Anthony, looking towards my window. It was finally time I was home.

"Night babe."

Aww he called me babe. I wonder what we are. Are we official or just friends?

"lol I can literally see you from here." He said, walking towards the window sill.

"You're gorgeous Amanda." He said, pondering on his hand.

I couldn't help but blush.

"Awww. Can't help to keep your eyes off me?" I said laughing.

"Oh, Jake told me to tell you we're heading to the beach tomorrow." He smiled, as the dimple on his face appears.

"I love that dimple of yours." I laughed, closing my window.

"Love you." I texted, looking up from my phone, to see him smile.

"Love you too." He worded from his lips.

Next Morning

"Hey, we're heading to a local boutique that sells hella cute swim suits. Want to join us?" Erika texted.

"Sure! Be there in 5" I texted back, putting on a pair of Nike cropped leggings, with an Ohio shirt.
