Chapter Twenty Three

Omega's POV

I woke up with a yawn a fresh cold breeze filling the room, the windows gave of cold winds giving me atleast some energy. I was supposed to meet Skye outside the border, it was pretty early in the morning, no one was awake, not even the Chaos Army, I had some extensive mental training to wake up at this time of day, I was pretty sure it was around three o clock in the morning.

I sighed propping myself up from the bed I oh so wanted to sleep on. I did all of the regular morning activities, trying to stay awake, taking a cold shower, trying to stay awake again, and actually put on some clothes. I grabbed Wavestorm placing it on my sheath, I shook my head again the sleepiness still present. I walked out of my room going down a set of stairs and through the living room, I opened the door as cold air began to fill the cabin. I made a small note and attached it to the nearby table.

The note was a pretty simple one, but it served the purpose

Going to go out for a few days, going to clear my mind with all of the stuff that has happened, I will be fine don't worry, don't shadow message me

-Your commander, Mom, nope it's Omega-

I walked out of the door and shut it quietly, the moon was still out, the sun was nowhere to be seen, probably sleeping too, the sun god was taking his beauty sleep. I walked to the border of camp seeing a figure waiting for me at the very edge, I didn't bother to raise my hood, what's the point, everyone knew my identity, there was no reason for me to keep up my Omega identity, they all knew me now as Percy. Fricking bastards.

I walked to the daughter of Order, she has yet to notice my prescence. I yelped when she called out my name

"Nice for you to wake up early isn't it" She said, I was a bit shaken up but chuckled a little.

"I'm still tired, I want to sleep" I whined walking next to her.

"Do you really want to come or not?" she said looking straight at me, she didn't have her hood up, the campers were fast asleep, Chiron and Dionysus were fast asleep too, though Dionysus was probably drinking, I placed a barrier so that no one can see us, not even the gods before I approached Skye. I nodded wanting to go on a adventure, it wasn't an adventure I needed particularly, I needed to clear up my mind, and this was the best option out there.

"Sure I would, I need some fresh air every now and then" I said, she nodded a small smile etched onto her face. She unsheathed the sword that was on her hand and walked out of the camp border

"Get ready" She said and took of to a sprint, I widened my eyes at the sudden movement, I smirked and took of to a sprint, I catcher up to Skye in no time, I was beside her running through hills, I waved.

"Not bad, were about to head into dense cluster of trees, this is where we test if you really can keep up with me" She said running through trees dodging branches and jumping over fallen logs. I followed suite barely dodging a branch that dared hit my face. I jumped over a fallen log and rolled under a thick branch, I maintained my speed looking in front of me, the daughter of Order was gone.

"Lost me already?" A voice echoed throughout the forest, I looked around frantically and glanced up seeing a figure dashing through the trees jumping branch to branch with speed and agility.

"How are you so good at this" I said shocked, she chuckled

"That's for me to know and you to find out" She said jumping from branch to branch.
