Chapter 3

(Selena's POV)

I was walking on the sidewalk with Demi and Ryan in the sunshine. we were all just going for a walk. :) and all the sudden in the middle if everything, my phone went off. It started playing If Only I Could Meet You. (A/N: and if you've never heard that song, go look it up rn because it's perfect!) I looked at the contact and it said 'Jayyyy ∞' I smiled and answered. "Hey." I smiled. "Hey beautiful." He said. "How was your sleep?" I asked as Demi looked at me with a smirk. "Oh, well.. I kinda had a dream about.. A really pretty girl named Selena." He said. "Oh really? Well if you ever meet her tell her I call dibs." I said laughing. He laughed with me. "But I had a good sleep, how's your day been?" he asked. "Oh, I'm just walking with my friend, and my horrible brother." I said as I looked at Ryan with a smirk. Ryan smirked back and took my phone. "Hello?? This is Selena's brother, Ryan! I just want to know if you're a drug attic, or maybe blind?" Ryan laughed. "HEY!" I yelled.

(Ryan's POV)

"No. Not at all." The guy laughed. "So, you're the horrid brother eh?" He laughed. "Yup, that's me." I said. "Oh, cool, I guess. Ha, well... Can you put Sel back on? I need to tell her something..." He said. "Yeah, here Sel." I handed Selena her phone back.

(Selena's POV)

I grabbed my phone and chuckled. "Sorry, he's an idiot. Like I've told you a million times." I said. He chuckled. "So.. Guess what." He said. He sounded excited. "Hmm, what?" I giggled. "My friend Harry got discovered." He said. I smiled to myself but it soon faded as I realized that Harry was his best friend. "But, wouldn't that leave you alone? With no one?" I asked, getting a little upset. "Well, I have other friends. Gosh Sel." He laughed. "Yeah, but Harry's your best friend." I frowned. "You're right about that, but I could come visit you sometime. I guess." He said. Butterflies flew around my stomach. "R-right." I stuttered. "Or no? You sound like you wouldn't want that.." He said. "No, it's not that.. I just got nervous.. Ya know? What if I'm not as pret-"

"Don't say that."

"Why not?" I asked as I sighed. "Because you're beautiful! I don't want you lying to yourself." He explained. "Just please don't ever say that again, or even think of it." He added. "Okay, I promise." I said. "Good, hey.. I gotta go." He sighed. "Naw, bye!" I said. "Bye beautiful." He said as he hung up. I groaned and put my phone in my pocket. "So.. How was talking to your boyfriend for an hour?" Demi asked. "First of all, we aren't dating so HA! And second of all, that wasn't an hour!" I crossed my arms. "Yeah, sure." Demi said. Ryan laughed and picked Demi up. "Hey there." Demi said to him. "Hi." Ryan said as he kissed her nose. "You're weird." I said looking at them. "Oh I'm sure if Justin ever comes here you two will be all lovey dovey." Demi said. "Argh." I groaned. My phone vibrated in my pocket. I took it out and saw this:

Justin: Hey beautiful. :* I won't be able to talk for a while. :/ I'm going on a plane and I sadly will be bored out of my mind, but I'm almost positive we'll be closer to each other. :)

Selena: YAY! :) and nay. :( How long will the plane ride be?

Justin: I was told for 3 hours. :(

Selena: Naw, darn! :(

Justin: Sorry hun. :/

Selena: It's fine. :) See?

Justin: You're adorable. ;)

Selena: And you're sweet.

Justin: Aweee. :3

Justin: I'll text you when I get there. I gotta go now, bye beautiful. xxx

Selena: bye. xxx

I put my phone back into my pocket and looked at Ryan and Demi. "You can have me for three hours. And then I'll be stuck in my phone again, ok?" I laughed. "OK, LETS DO EVERYTHING WE CAN BEFORE OUR THREE HOURS IS UP!" Demi yelled. "Demi, shut up." I laughed.
