Chapter 7

(Selena's POV)

I entered Demi's house and saw nothing. "Dem??" I asked, seeing if anyone was home. "Sel?" I heard a voice.

Demi

"Listen, Dem.. Let's have a girls day! Forget about Ryan! We all know he's a douche. You don't need him." I said as I walked into her room. "I guess you're right." She nodded. "Let's go." She said upset. "NOT UNTIL YOU'RE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT IT!" I yelled. "Ugh, fine." She said. "WOOHOO! LETS GO SEL!" She jumped up. "Nice acting skills Dem." I smirked and we walked outside to my car. "I know." She bowed and we both laughed. We got in the car and drove to the mall.

(COUPLE HOURS LATER)

"Demi hurry up!" I yelled through the dressing room door. "One sec Sel!" She giggled and finally came out of the dressing room with a beautiful dress on. "Aww, you look beautiful!" I smiled. I clapped and soon got a text.

Justin.

I smiled and checked my phone.

Justin: Babe, where are you and Dem?

Selena: Were in Forever 21 :)

Justin: Shit Sel! Ryan and I are at Subway!

Selena: Your point?

Justin: Go to the doors of the store and look at the place across from you.

I did as I was told and looked across from the store. There I saw the problem.

Subway was right across from me, and I saw Justin talking to Ryan.

Shit shit shut shit.

Selena: We're in shit.

Justin: Yeah.

Selena: How about you guys just like, go try and hide in the shop and we'll leave this shop.?

Justin: I guess that could work, lemme ask Ryan.

Justin: Yeah, it's cool.

Selena: Ok, good. Tell me when you're ready.

Justin: Ready. :*

"Demi, let's go. NOW!" I said grabbing her arm. "Sel!" She yelled. "Look, just come on!" I said as I piled her through the door. "Ryan? What the hell is he doing here?" She asked.

Shit she saw him.

"How am I supposed to know?" I lied. "This would be the best test for Justin, ya know?" She said. "Text him and ask him where he's at. Let's see if he's truthful." Demi smirked. I rolled my eyes and texted Justin.

Selena: Where are you?

Justin: Babe, I'm still in Subway. But I miss you a lot princess. :(

I showed Demi my phone. "Truthful Mrs. Lovato is not the only thing he is." I smiled. She rolled her eyes and looked at Ryan. She sighed and looked down. "I really liked him Sel.." She said. "I know you did. He liked you too." I said . "Oh please!" She yelled. And then there came the stupidest thing ever.

My brother.

"Demi, listen, I'm sorry. You have to believe me that it was an accident! Please! Demi, I love you. You know that! Yes, I know I shouldn't have done what I did but I didn't know it wasn't you. I'm sorry baby. You know that I love you and I wouldn't do anything to hurt you. If I lost you I'd die Dem. So.. Demetria Lovato, can you please forgive this fool I am?" He said. She stood there and looked at the floor.

"Okay." Finally came out of her mouth.

"YA-" she interrupted Ryan's cheer of joy. "I swear Ryan James Butler, you pull that shit again and I'll kick your ass." She chuckled and gave him a hug. He hugged back and squeezed her tight. "I'm sorry." They both said. "I'm sorry for not believing you when I should have." Demi said. "And I'm sorry I kissed another girl." Ryan said. "So you're saying I just bought a bunch of expensive shit for nothing?" Justin asked. Ryan chuckled. "You could always save it, ya know? Or just give Selena some of it." Ryan said. "Some of what now?" I asked. "We bought a necklace, and love bracelets and I had shit planned and just fuck it." Justin frowned. "Naww, what kind of stuff?" I put my hands on his shoulder and looked at him. "I bought all the flowers in a flower store, rented a beach house, ordered a big dinner and bought the necklace and love bracelets." He groaned. "Why can't they have the love bracelets, or the necklace.. Or any of that other stuff?" I asked. "Because their gone." Justin said. I looked around is and saw that Ryan and Demi left.

Well shit.

"Well, I'll take your jewelry." I chuckled. Justin chuckled a bit and handed me two little red bags. I pulled out a necklace that said infinite in cursive with a small infinity sign next to it and two bracelets that had something engraved on the inside. "Baby." I said. "Hmm?" He asked. "What's that say?" I asked as I brung the bracelets to him. "Oh, it says Forever is a promise that I'll only make to you." He said. "Aw, how sweet!" I giggled. "Here." he took one and put it on his wrist. "Jay.." I smiled. "What?" He asked with a smile on his face. "You're so cute!" I said, I just couldn't stop smiling. He chucked and put his arm around me. "Wanna go to the beach?" He chuckled. "Because that dinner is gonna be there soon." He added. "But I'm not hungry." I said. "Shit, how are you not hungry? You haven't eaten anything all day." He explained.

Shit, he's gonna figure out.

"I don't know.. I'm just not hungry." I said. "Okay..I'll just tell Ryan to go to the beach with Dem." he said. We walked to his car and drove home.

What if he figures out?

What if he gets mad?

What if he gets mad that I didn't tell him earlier?

Oh lord I'm in shit.
