VAL'S POV
Finally, Hunter proposed my bestie!!! I'm so happy for them, but jealous too. Hunter is so fucking sweet. I wanna have a boyfriend like him so much, I mean a sweet boyfriend, like Pete. Thinking of him always make me smile. Stop smiling, seaweed brain. I grab my suitcase and put it on my bed. I clean up all my things and make sure that none of them are left behind. Half an hour passed by and I'm done. I close my suitcase and put it back on the floor. I lay on my bed and look around my room. I'm gonna leave this heaven just in a few hours later then I'll go back to NY and do my daily routine, which is very very tiring.

Knock... Knock...

Oh shit. I just laid on and now someone's knocking my door? Geez. I get up and open the door. Pat waves her hand on me before bursts into my room. She plops her ass down the bed then crosses her legs. I close the door and join her on the bed.

"So... What are you doing here?" I ask.

"You love Pete?" She asks straight to the point.

"This must be Ash, right?" I ask.

"Just answer it,"

"Yeah, I love him so much. I don't wanna lose him, but I don't wanna hurt Zach either,"

"What's next?"

"I'll talk to Zach as soon as we're coming back to New York. Wish me luck," I say.

"Yeah, wish you luck,"

"Do you think he'll accept it? I mean, he'll understand and let me go for Pete?" I ask uncertainly.

"It must be very hard for him, but I know he'll understand it later and he'll let you go to be happy with Pete. Everything takes time Val. Anyway, don't you realize that Mac incident happens again now?" She asks.

"What?" I ask confusedly.

"There are three people in Mac incident: Mac, that bitch and you. In this case, there are three people too: Pete, Zach and you. You occupy Mac's place, Pete occupies that bitch's place and Zach occupies your place. Understood?" She has the point. I nod.

"Mac chose that bitch over you and now you choose my brother over Zach. Similar right?"

I nod again.

"But you aren't like that rotten dick and Pete isn't like that bitch. You don't have any intention to break Zach's heart and Pete doesn't have any intention to arrogate you from Zach. You aren't selfish too. Why I say that? 'Cause I know you must be thinking that you're selfish, but you're not. Everyone have a right to be happy with the one they love, and the one you love is my brother. I really support your relationship with Pete, not because I'm his sister, 'cause you both look so compatible. Seriously," she says.

"I'm afraid he'll avoid me then. I'm afraid he won't be friends with me anymore. I'm afraid he'll hate me and he won't talk to me again. I love him Pat, he's my bestfriend. I don't wanna hurt him. I'll do anything to keep him by my side. I know that might sounds so arrogant, but I don't wanna lose him," I say.

"I know. Just take it slow and believe me, he'll understand," she smiles.

"Now, go to sleep 'cause tomorrow gonna be a long day," she says. She rubs my back before leaves my room. I lay on my bed and fall asleep instantly.

NEW YORK

Three cars are waiting for us. The chauffeurs put our suitcase inside the trunk and drive us home. Hunt and Ash are in the first car with a destination to Hunt's mansion. Eth, Violet and Zach are in the second car with a destination to Eth and Zach's penthouse which are in the same site. Meanwhile Pat, Dave, Pete and I are in the last car with a destination to Pete's house and mine. Half an hour on the road and we arrive. The chauffeur puts our suitcases outside, right in front of our porch. Pete mouthed "I'll come over," before gets inside his house. I bring my suitcase to my living room and lean my back on the couch. Jesus, I'm so tired. I go through my social media when someone that I believe is Pete is knocking my door. I put my phone on the table and open the door. Pete smiles and hugs me and kicks the door behind him.
