Amy Jackson
Dear Diary,
School has been great. I've made a lot of friends. The thought of New York being my home is slowly starting to kick in. I haven't been angry with Alex since he made it up to me by buying me lunch. Alex has a good sense of humour and definitely knows how to make others laugh. Day by day I found out more about Sofia and how she has a passion for singing. Our friendship is growing, even more, day by day. Mom and dad asked how I felt about the new school and I was glad to say I liked it. Even though there are a lot of upsides to be mentioned. I still can't stop thinking about what Kaira said to me near the lockers. Alex said she sticks around him a lot. Is Kaira possessive about Alex why would she say it to me? it's not like I'm his girlfriend, I don't think I want to be anyone's girlfriend since I know the complications ever since my time in London.

The rest of the week goes by fast and soon It's Friday. Tyler and I have been discussing a lot about what will happen when Sofia finds out I'm his sister, Tyler and I have even been pretending we don't even know each other during school hours just because we didn't want to ruin it for today.
The school day comes to an end. Sofia and I go to our lockers to get our books for the weekend.
"So, Are you excited for your movie night with Tyler today?" I ask smiling helplessly and Sofia blushes.
"Yeah, Tyler and I exchanged numbers and he texted me the address. I hope I don't do anything stupid." Sofia says in a soft voice.
"Don't worry, Just be you." I advise placing a hand on Sofia's shoulder.
"Amy?" Sofia says.
"Yes." I respond
"A suggestion. You have amazing fashion sense could you maybe help me get ready today after school. Please?" Sofia pleads.
I couldn't say no.
"Thank you, and of course I'll help you get ready." I speak.
We head out the school exit and I get into my car. Just so you know me and Tyler love our cars. I and Tyler got it the same time. As I sit in the driver's seat of my car I smile. I don't know why but I always smile when I think that I have a vehicle that I can call my own and it's my selection. It's weird but it makes me happy. I look to my right and see Sofia's car is parked right near mine. As she gets into her car she puts her window down and looks at me. Thinking that she wants to say something I put my window down too.
"You're from a really rich family aren't you?" Sofia questions randomly. I draw my eyebrows together and ask,
"Why?"
"Well, you said you have a queen sized bedroom and now you have a super expensive car." She says looking at my car and smiling. She seems to really like it.
"Do you want to drive my car." I offer.
"What about you?" She asks.
"I'll drive yours. We'll both drive to your house, you can drive my car, I'll drive yours." I affirm. Sofia thinks for a moment but I can see she's excited. She finally agrees and we swap cars. I get out of my car and hand her my keys and she takes it with a big smile. I take her keys and get into her Ford and insert the key. Sofia's car is smaller compared to mine but at the same time, it is a comfortable ride. I actually like her car.
