We get to school and i see Frankie and her friend Lola. "Oh hey lil sis. and Lola." "Hey Miles. where were you last night. Out smoking pot or messing with some girl." "No Frankie i stayed at a friends as something happened with dad and i couldn't come home." "Oh. Who's the Pretty girl Miles?" Lola looks at me then at Emerald and then at me again. "Oh hey I'm Emerald, Emerald Tremaine." Emerald reaches a hand out to Lola. "What are your parents names. As i have British relatives with that last name?" There is no way they can be related. "My dad is Marco and my mum is Annabelle." Lola then gets her phone out and texts someone. When this person replies she walks to Emerald and hugs her. "Umm Lola what is going on?" Frankie looks confused. "Emerald is my cousin. Is this your mom and dad in the photo with my dad?" Emerald looks shocked and nods "Yea that is, My dad is Argentinian and has a brother who he hasn't seen since my mom and dads wedding." "Frankie lets leave these two to get to know each other." She agrees and we leave Em and Lola chat.
Lola's POV
What is my dad going to think? I hope he is happy and that we get to be the family i have always wanted. Me and Emerald decide to go out at break to go get ice-cream. We get to know each other an become close. She is exactly like me, we like the same food, Music, and have very similar thoughts. We get back to school and exchange numbers, we then go to our separate lessons. Maybe she would like to work at my families restaurant.
Emerald's POV
Who would have known my long lost cousin goes to my new school. I'm so happy, I get my phone out and oomfchat Miles as this is the only lesson we don't share. I send him the most goofy photo ever. Saying "You make me Yappy." as i used the dog filter the app has. He then replies with a goofy photo with a filter but no caption. He is so handsome. I then text his number "Hey I miss you. I can't wait for today to be over." and wait for him to reply.
