(Y/n) stares at the freshly painted (f/c) house she/he was about to own. It was a lot bigger then they expected to be. It could even be considered a mansion. They open the truck of their car and stack the top two boxes labeled, 'electronics and snacks' and carried them into the house. Huge spider webs filled every corner, cockroaches crawled inside the poorly built, wooden floor. "Gross."
They spent most of the day cleaning the house and getting rid of any other living species crawling around. She/he kept hearing strange voices from the other side of the doors sometimes. They tried to ignore it and continue eating their sandwich. (Y/n) almost choked on their sandwich when they heard multiple footsteps coming from the door.
