Chapter 1

Hey guys, so this is most likely gonna be the last book of this series. It started from a proposal, and now we're here. I hope you all enjoy.

One afternoon in an apartment in New York, Maya along with her group of friends finished setting up the little party in the living room as Maya placed down a tray of crackers on the coffee table.

"Alright everyone" she spoke up "Riley and Lucas are gonna be here any minute from Paris, so once they walk through that door, we're gonna yell 'Surprise!'"

"Uh, are you sure that's a good idea?" Farkle asked with a nervous look "Because you know what happens when Riley gets jumpy."

"Yeah last time she kicked me in the guts" Zay put in "So if we're gonna be doing this, I'm gonna be all the way in the kitchen."

"Fine you guys do whatever you need to" Maya sighed "Smackle, you got the camera ready?"

"Yep" Smackle smiled while holding the video camera.

At that point they heard footsteps coming towards the door.

"Oo they're here!" Maya whispered "Everyone get ready!"

They got ready as the door opened as Josh entered.

"Surprise!" they exclaimed as he gave a shriek while clutching his chest.

"Oh-" Maya said with disappointment "It's just Josh."

"Jeez guys" Josh panted with fright "You almost gave me a heart attack!"

"You can't get heart attacks at that age unless you have heart problems" Farkle put in.

"Well he is almost 30 so..." Smackle added.

"Josh did you see Riley and Lucas?" Maya asked.

"Yeah" he said with a small smile "They're coming up right now."

Just then they heard more footsteps coming towards the door.

"That must be them!" Maya whispered "Everyone get in position!"

They all got in position as the door open as Riley and Lucas entered with their luggage.

"Surprise!" everyone exclaimed as Riley gave a shriek as she swung her purse across Farkle's face as he fell to the floor.

Everyone stood there with their eyes widen as Riley gave a gasp while putting her hand over her mouth.

"Sorry Farkle" she said with guilt as he got up with her hand on his cheek that was turning red from the burn.

"I saw it coming" he sighed.

"Well that's something worth getting on tape" Smackle suddenly smirked while still holding the video camera.

"So Friars" Maya smiled at the couple "How was your honeymoon in Paris?"

"Oh it was beautiful" Riley smiled "Just like how I dreamed."

"Yeah okay but did you bring back any gifts?" Zay asked.

"I knew you'd say that" Lucas smirked "And we did."

"But you guys are gonna wait until we get everything settled" Riley added "But before we do that, I need to ask, Maya, did you pack your things yet?"

"Most of it" Maya replied.

"So that's a no?"

"...Yes."

"Well get started on it, I expect you to move out within a week."

"Fine" Maya sighed "But be warned, just because I'm moving out doesn't mean I'm gonna be staying at my new place forever, so expect me to sleepover a lot."

"Oh we will expect that" Riley smirked.

Pretty soon, after a week has passed, everyone was helping Maya move her things out of her apartment.

"I'm gonna miss staying here" Maya sighed with a small smile "It brought a lot of memories."

"You know you're gonna be living across the street and not across the country right?" Riley put in.

"I know but it's so far" Maya whined as Riley rolled her eyes.

"Maya" Zay whined while pulling out a heavy suitcase from her room "What the hell is in this suitcase? More makeup?"

"Oh no those are my art supplies" she corrected.

"Why do you have to have so much talent?" he whined as he heaved the heavy suitcase across the floor.

"So how do you feel to finally move in with Josh?" Riley asked Maya.

"Great actually" Maya smiled "I'm one step closer to hopefully tying the knot with him."

"Little too soon Maya."

"I know but, if we're meant for each other, then fate will decide. And besides, because of this necklace, it shows that he really does love me."

Riley looked at Maya's Someday necklace that Josh had given her the night of Riley and Lucas's wedding.

"You guys are so cute together" Riley smiled "I can't wait for the big day, well if it happens of course."

"And if it does, you are definitely being my Maid of Honor."

"Uh, duh" Riley smiled in an obvious tone.

"Hey guys" Lucas entered from Maya's room with a large box in his arms that was blocking his view "Can anyone lead me out the door, I can't see where I'm going."

"Yeah follow the sound of my voice" Riley said as she got in front of him an started to lead him across the floor "Okay keep going- keep going- you're almost there."

At that point he bumped into the door frame.

"My bad" she said as she moved him to the opening and out the door.

Just then Smackle poked her head out from the bathroom and turned to Maya.

"Maya!" she whispered as she motioned for her to come "Get over here."

"Why?" Maya asked as Smackle pulled her into the bathroom.

"Have you taken a pregnancy test lately?" Smackle asked.

"Uh, no" Maya said with confusion as Smackle gave a gasp.

"Oh my God" she suddenly smiled.

"Why are you smiling? Are you planning on having baby before me?"

"No, but I think I know who is."

She then unwrapped whatever she was hiding in her hand in toilet paper as she held up a pregnancy test.

"Look what I just found in the trash" she said.

Maya saw that the test was positive as she gasped.

"A positive pregnancy test" she gasped.

"And since you and I haven't taken a test-" Smackle smirked "Who else do we know that could of taken it?"

At that point Maya gasped again.

"Oh my God" she gasped "I- I can't believe this."

"Neither can I" Smackle said with a little squeal.

"Oh my God, Riley's pregnant."
