Athena's POV

*before the incident happen*

"Mars is the fourth planet from the Sun and the second smallest planet in the Solar System, after Mercury. Named after the Roman god of war, it is often described as the "Red Planet" because the iron oxide prevalent on its surface gives it a reddish appearance.

It is a terrestrial planet with a thin atmosphere, having surface features reminiscent both of the impact craters of the Moon and the volcanoes, valleys, deserts, and polar ice caps of Earth. The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Mars are likewise similar to those of Earth, as is the tilt that produces the seasons."

Ahhh~ I'm currently doing some advance reading. Suppose to be, about chemistry ang binabasa ko but something caught my attention. "Mars: Earth's Twin Planet", weird, bakit nandito ang book ko nung grade 7. So ito na nga, inayos ko na lng gamit ko at matulog nalng...pero may nakasulat sa cover page in book.

"Can we survive in Mars? Find out in page 21..."

Pinulot ko at sinimulang basahin...oo nga no? What if we can live there? Meron kayang nakatira ibang creature doon?

Napaisip naman ako kung makaka-survive kaya ako doon? Search natin...kaya I grab my tab and google it. Hmmm...let's see.

"The most serious immediate impact would be from the low atmospheric pressure that is nearly a vacuum compared to Earth, and within minutes the skin and organs would rupture, outgas and produce a quick painful death. 

If not killed by the low-pressure atmosphere, there are many other environmental factors that make Mars inhospitable to humans without protection."

Yikes! Nakakatakot naman. Wag na lng...pssh. Kala ko pa naman pede ang mabuhay doon. As if,

So, I just fix my things and...

As the world falls apart around us all we can do is hold on.

Oopss...my phone is ringing...calling "Paulito Panget". Hmmm, ano na naman kailangan ni Paulito. 

"Hello" sabi ko....

"Hey Tina! Wachadoing?" sagot niya...may pina-Isabella tune pa, yung nasa Phineas & Ferb.

"Wala naman, nagbabasa." bored kong sagot

"Ahh...labas tayo. Boring sa bahay eh." 

"Hah? Napapagod ako." totoo naman talaga, tinatamad ako lumabas -_- Wala akong sapat na stamina.

"Ngek?! Maghapon ka lng nakaupo napagod ka? Dali na, bumaba ka na at aalis na tayo, sayang naman effort ko pumunta dito kung hindi ka naman pala lalabas jan." may halong lungkot yung boses niya...Wait...Nasa labas siya? 

Chineck ko kung totoong nasa labas siya ng bahay namin...and totoo nga, Nasa labas siya naka-upo sa bench namin. Aba't nakiupo pa siya, paano siya nakapasok na lock yung gate?
