Nerves

"Seriously though, how come you never told me you can't swim?" Ryder said as we were getting out of the hot springs.

"Uh, I don't know you never asked I guess," I said while grabbing some of Ryder's extra clothes he brought with him. Thankfully he brought enough for both of us. "Can I wear these?"

"Figured you would." He said while taking off his shirt revealing his perfectly toned torso. "Are you done checking me out?" He said while crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow.

"Oh really? You're the one who brought me here and pushed me in fully clothed, and brought extra clothes just so you could get me in them." I said while rolling my eyes.

"No, you're wrong sweetie I bought them as an excuse for you to take your clothes off willingly."

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes as I walked over to the wall of the cave and took off my soaked hoodie. Thankfully Ryder supplied me with a hoodie instead of a shirt. I slipped it on and it went all the way down to my knees. The familiar scent of strawberries and cologne engulfed me. I pulled my sleeve up to my nose and smiled. I turned around and looked into the bag for a pair of Ryder's pants.

"Um, Ryder?" I said realizing there weren't any spare pants in the bag.

"What?"

"Did you bring spare pants?" I said while ripping off my jeans careful to not let the hoodie ride up exposing me.

"Nope." He said while changing into a black hoodie and black sweatpants.

"Seriously?" I said while crossing my arms and turning around to face him. I already had to wear a soaked bra and underwear and now I had to wear soaked jeans too. He looked me up and down and started laughing. "What?"

"You're so tiny." He managed to spit out while laughing. Goosebumps began to form on my legs and arms.

"Can we just go I'm cold." I said rubbing my arms.

"Nope." He said moving closer to me.

"Wh-what do you mean no?" I said as he continued to walk closer to me my breath hitching as our foreheads touched. My heart did that weird flippy thing as he pulled my lip down with his thumb. I blushed as he put his hand on my cheek.

"Do I make you nervous?" He asked rubbing my cheek and staring into my eyes. I gulped down nothing before responding.

"You wish." I said as I moved over and whispered into his ear.

"Oh really? I don't believe you." He said while pushing me up against the cold wall sending shivers up my spine.

"Trust me. I'm not nervous, never have been never will be." I said not breaking my gaze into his eyes.

"Prove it." He said while reaching his hand under the hoodie pulling it up exposing my lacy black thong with a pink bow in the front.

He put his hand on my stomach burning my cold skin with every movement. When he reached my rib cage my breath hitched in my throat. As he reached the bottom of my bra I couldn't help but squirm and shove his hand away.

"Told you, Princess." He said while smiling and walking away.

"That doesn't mean anything! Maybe I just don't want you up there!" I whined and walked over to where he was standing.

"Everybody wants me up there." He said with a wink.

"Ugh, Ryder why do you have to be such a perv?" I said while rolling my eyes.

"I'm hurt." He said while grabbing his chest. "Okay, come on princess hop on." He said while signaling me to get back on his back so he could carry me out of the cave.

I hoped on his back and let him carry me through the cave.

"You know plenty of girls would die to be in your position." He said as we were turning a corner.
