Meeting the Sartorius'

I walked with Mrs.Garcia to the front office and saw Mrs.Sartorius.

"Hi! I'm Mrs.Sartorius, but you can call me Patty or mom when you ready." She said holding her hand out.

"I'm Violet, but you kind of have to call me Chloe." I say shaking her hand.

She smiles.

"So, "Chloe" you know what to do?" Mrs.Garcia asked.

"Yes ma'am."

"Well get going then. Good luck."

"Thanks." I gave her a smile and walked out with Patty.

We walked to her car and started heading to her house.

We talked and she told me everything I needed to know about her family.

Soon we arrived at her house. It's beautiful.

"You like it?" Patty teased.

"Yeah." I say laughing.

We got out the car and I grabbed my suitcase from the backseat.

We walked to the front door and Patty unlocked it. Once we get inside, I'm instantly brought in a hug.

I hugged back slowly. I haven't been hugged like this since my parents died.

The person let go of me. I looked at the person and saw Jacob.

"Welcome home new little sister! I'm Jacob."

I smiled at him. "I'm Chloe."

"Jacob don't hog her!"

Soon Caroline pushed Jacob away and hugged me.

"Welcome home! My name's Caroline."

I smile at her too.

"Thanks guys!" I say laughing.

I turned and saw Mr.Sartorius.

I hugged him and he hugged me back.

"I'm your new dad, but you can call me whatever you want until you're comfortable calling me dad."

"Okay."

"Well, Chloe, we have been working on your room all day and we hope you like it." Caroline says.

We walk upstairs and stop at a door. The door had purple streamers on the sides and a Green Day poster in the middle. How did they know?

"Your orphanage mother told us a lot about you, so making your room wasn't too hard." Jacob said.

"Ok sweetheart. Open the door."

I opened the door and gasped.

"Do you like it?" They asked me.

"I...it's...wow."(room below)

I looked at the other side of the room and almost fainted.

"We knew you'll like it." Jacob said.

"It looks so expensive."

"It was, but it's worth it."

"No. I don't deserve this."

"Yes you do. You're a Sartorius now and we are going to spoil you to death."

I laughed and hugged Jacob. The others came and hugged us.

So much hugs.

I think I'm going to like it here.
