Eren opened the screen of his window to see the water surrounding the island of Japan. The brightness made his husband stir in his sleep, but his eyes stayed close as he nuzzled himself further into Eren's shoulder. The brunet smiled and looked to his husband's screen. Levi had fallen asleep to the soundtrack of 'La La Land', claiming musicals were childish, but Eren caught him humming to the melody before he dozed off.

The brunet planted a kiss to Levi's forehead before the pilot started talking over the intercom. Levi jumped, since the pilot's voice was louder coming through the headphones than the loudspeaker, and knocked his forehead into Eren's nose. From the shock, the brunet jumped back with his hands over his nose and banged his head against the wall of the plane.

"I'm so sorry, baby," Levi cried in a hushed tone as Eren rested his head against the seat in front of him with his eyes closed and hands caging his nose. "Eren, baby. Are you okay?" Levi questioned.

Eren said nothing but started chuckling as he sat back. He let his hands fall away and land on Levi's. "That's a good way to kickstart our honeymoon," Eren explained with laughter lacing his tone. Levi smiled and rested his head against Eren's shoulder. "You scared the shit out of me," Levi explained. "I scared you?" the brunet inquired as he felt his husband grin against his collarbone.

"Do I need to kiss your boo-boo?" Levi asked, pursing his lips into a teasing pout. "Yes," Eren said puckering his lips. The raven cupped Eren's tan cheeks in his hands and pressed a quick peck to his nose. "Better?" Levi asked as he leaned back. "Better," Eren responded as he leaned down to lock his lips with Levi's. The raven hummed into the kiss.

The click of the intercom turning off sounded, making Eren and Levi realise they didn't pay any attention to the announcement. They both chuckled.

"I'm guessing it's about the landing," Eren explained, gesturing towards the window. Levi leaned over his husband to look to the island below. The sight was breathtaking. The sun glistened in the water that isolated the island from other continents.

"Three weeks here," the raven sighed happily. "Are you excited?" Eren questioned as he wrapped an arm around Levi's waist. Levi took that as an invite to rest his head against Eren's chest. "Of course I am," he answered. "Were those thirteen hours on a plane worth it?" the brunet asked with a kiss to his husband's forehead. "Completely."

The pilot returned on the intercom to announce the aircraft's descent. Levi held onto Eren, not liking the last part of a flight. The brunet hugged him reassuringly and pressed kisses to his cheeks.

It didn't take very long for the plane to finally settle on land. They waited for most of the individuals to grab their bags, so the couple wouldn't get caught in a large crowd.

Once the plane became almost vacant, the two began gathering their things to exit their thirteen hour prison. Eren retrieved Levi's carry-on along with his because his husband was too short to reach the compartments.

"What would you do without me?" Eren cooed as he handed the raven his bag. "I'll have you know that I've been able to get my luggage perfectly fine without any assistance. Help is just more convenient," his husband argued. "Really? Because I recall, when we first met, you asked me, a complete stranger, to help you with your luggage," Eren explained with a cocky grin. Levi pursed his lips, knowing he had been caught in a lie. "And I said only if you gave me your number."
