NEW COVER!! I did NOT draw this. I am not that good. I did make the cover myself, because I saw this picture and my first thought was this book.

Hope you enjoy! Comment, vote!

The first week dragged on. Cas hated not having his best friend there to help him with work or tell Crowley's minions to shove off. Cas had slipped back into his old routine of avoiding bullies and not eating. When Dean asked for a picture of him eating, he would send a picture of him taking one bite and then he would throw it away. He pretended to be too busy with work to talk to Charlie much or to text Dean. He felt sort of guilty about it, but not too bad. Not bad enough to stop.

He was drawing another picture of Dean when his phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Hey Cas."

"What's up?"

"Just bored. You?"

"Drawing."

"Can I see?"

"I don't know. Can you?"

"Oh shut up. Send me a pic."

Cas blushed furiously. He put the phone call on a backtab and took a picture of his half finished drawing. He texted it to Dean, who audibly gasped.

"Wow. That's me? That amazing! You haven't even seen me in a week.. That's got so much detail.."

"It's only half done. Thank you."

"I want to see all of them when I get back."

"Okay." Cas laughed. He was slipping back into depression, but Dean always made him laugh.

"So.. How are you?"

"Good. Tired."

"Crowley's assholes have been leaving you alone?"

"No."

"Damnit."

"They aren't just going to leave me alone because you punched them!" Cas sighed. Dean was a little much sometimes.

"Well are they hurting you?"

"..Sometimes."

"They are? Fucking assholes I'll kill all of them when I get back. You have to tell me if they hurt you. How about food?"

"I've been sending you pictures." He hated lying to Dean.

"Okay, okay. I have to go. call you later."

"Bye."

Cas sighed again and closed his eyes. The rain pounding on his window dampened his mood even more. He sat there for what felt like hours. His homework was done, he wasn't hungry, he had no more creativity left in him, he was just bored. Cas picked up a book- Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone- and started trying to read. He could barely focus on the words.
