Jessica's POV:
"Jessica Rose, you are the most beautiful girl I've ever met, and I faint every time I look at you." I start crying. "You are the most amazing girlfriend, and being with you is so much fun. I want you to remember this night." He opens the box. "So I got you this." The box contained a silver heart necklace with engravings on each side. One side simply said, "I love you" while the other said, "SM ♥ JR".
"Oh my gosh, Shawn! This is so sweet!" He took it out of the box, walked around me, and put it on. Then he stood next to me and held out his hand.
"May I have this dance?" I hold his hand and he walks me to the dance floor. We went into the traditional dance position. We each hold each other's hand and his other hand is on my waist, while my other hand is on his shoulder. The live band plays "Kid in Love" and as soon as we hear it, Shawn gently squeezes my hand and pulls me closer to him.
"Sing to me." I tell him. He does as I say.

We danced the night away.

He takes me back home to pack my stuff. I get into PJs and a messy bun and I say goodbye to my mom. We are silent the whole way to his house.
