Marks own face states back at him. But that wasn't HIS face. At a glance, he would have believed it. But he knew better then that. Mark had so many questions racing through his head he could barley concentrate. What did that writing say? 'Nobody can come back from the dead....not even you Mark'

What did even mean? Why was he floating in the air? Why was Dark sat on the other side of this glass?

Mark was so preoccupied he fist realise that he was now on the floor. And he was running. Running?

'I do love a sprint button. Let's see how fit I really am' Darkiplier said with a laugh.

Mark quickly realised that he wasn't in control of himself. He couldn't stop running. He had no choice where he ran. For the first time he started to take note of where he was. It looked like grass lands as far as the eye could see. There were no trees, no bushes, nothing. Just grass. He looked straight ahead and saw the sun setting in the distance. It was beautiful. A red and orange glow consumed his body; with a warmth that he hadn't felt in a long time.

The sun was disappearing. 'Dont go' Mark thought. 'I don't like the dark'

The sun disappeared. And the moon could be seen in the distance.

Mark had stopped running. He looked around. He was stood in the middle of the grass lands. But it seemed different. He knew there was nothing there. He had seen it with his own eyes 2 minutes before, but now he saw shapes shifting in the dark. Plus he couldn't help feeling something was behind him.

'Escape...' Dark said. 'Escape the grass lands Mark and you live. But he's coming. There's no where to hide. But surely this is 'just a game' right? What's the worst that could happen? Things change in the dark, right before you eyes don't they?'

Mark knew that Dark was trying to get in his head. Stop him from thinking logically about what was happening to him so he could get out.

'Look. Your in a field of grass right. Now..blink'

In the split second Mark had closed his eyes and opened them again everything had changed. Mark didn't want to even breathe. He was on the edge of a cliff. The tips of his feet hanging over the edge. He felt a wind behind him pushing him forward to the point he would nearly fall, but his momentum would bring him back. 'Don't look down' Mark said to himself.

'What would falling 30ft feel like do you think? Mark why don't you let me know'

Just like that Mark was falling through the air, but the ground wasn't getting any closer. Mark was falling for what seemed like forever. Dark spoke one last time.

'The Game is the most important game of your life. It is the game of your life. Fail? Your gone forever. Escape? You're free. You're now on your own. Good luck!'
