This was probably the first time they’ve done anything. They both knew this. They also knew that this had been coming for a long time; years in fact, but they weren’t about to back down from it. It took two to tango, and there they were, laying in a room, in a house, in the middle of a busy city incognito to the world around them.

She was a brilliant blonde, beautiful, had fierce ocean blue eyes and was, is and will always be worth the world to him. Like her beauty she was flawless, kind, caring and loving, there wasn’t a thing he wouldn’t do for her, she was his everything, his other half, his soulmate. Like the rising sun, she was, is and always will be a beauty, a loss for a words, a flower left to bloom, and a book left touched by a writer with many words to say. She was his definition of perfection and most certainly everyone elses. Yet there she was with the guy she loved with all her heart, in the same bed, thinking his thoughts.

The light around them rippled.

Then there he was. Smiling. Light brown hair and a set of eyes to match. He grew up in Texas, he was rowdy yet stern, difficult but sensitive, in the end a tortured soul set free by his lover. She loved him more than herself, and He loved her more than anything She never thought she needed anyone or ever wanted anyone till she met him. He came in like a light and burned away the lies, he kept her safe, he kept her sane and most importantly he kept her feeling loved. She had waited for the moment they would be together, separated by land was nothing, it didn’t stop either of them, and now that they were together. Static filled the air. He was the gentle spring breeze, in the same bed, thinking her thoughts.

Their they lay once again. Next to each other.

Their names are Luis and Sydnee.

They lay in bed together. In their most comfortable clothing possible. Him in a button shirt and boxers, Her in a t-shirt and panties. Then she picked up her hands, laying next to him, ran her fingers through his soft light brown hair while looking deeply into his eyes then she whispered those famous last words;

“I love you Luis.”

It is there that the writer looks back at her and smiles a simple smile that held words beyond count.

“I love you Sydnee, you complete me, love.”

It is there that the writer slowly and carefully places his steady hand at her lower back, bringing her closer to him.

“I love you a lot.”

There is it that he completes his action by placing a soft kiss on her forehead. She had other plans. It is at that moment she positions herself on top of the writer, straddling him. She bends over carefully and majestically to place soft kisses on the writer’s neck, to his jaw line and back to his mouth, slowly moving her hands up his shirt. Her hands were cold, yet warm to the touch.

“Is it okay if I take your shirt off?”

The writer always have been a flirt, he flashes a quick sly smile and compliments it with a wink.

“Sure love, anything else you want taken off?”

The writer says sarcastically as he pulls her in close for a kiss from her mouth, to her neck, and back.
