Beep-beep-beep-beep-beep goes the alarm next to me. I slam my fist against it, shutting it off but knocking over a plastic cup that clatters to the floor.

"Good morning sleepyhead!" a voice calls from the hallway.

"Mmm-mmm-hmmm!" I groan, eyes still closed, not wanting to get out of bed.

"You don't want to be late for school do you?" the voice calls back.

This really gets me out of bed. "SCHOOL!!!!!!! It's a Saturday!" I scream opening my eyes and throwing off the covers.

A head poked through the open door and says, "Honey! Are you ok?"

"I'm fine but- Wait! Who are you!? Get out of my house! HELP!" I shriek as the unfamilar figure rushes to my bed side and feels my forehead.

I push the hand away, "Get a away from me! MOM! DAD! HELP!"

A tall man with black hair and a neatly trimmed beard walks into the room and says, "Alex are you ok? Dear what's going on?"

"I don't know what happened." says the women beside me, "Alex just started screaming about school and he doesn't seem to reconize

us!"

"I'm not Alex! I'm Luke! Who are you!? Get away from me! HELP!" I cry as the man grabbed my flailing arms and the woman grabbed my legs.

"Honey, we are your parents." coos the woman, "Don't you remember us Mom and Dad; Mrs. and Mr.Brown; Catlin and Travis?"

"Get-get-get away from me! I don't know who you are. Where am I!?" I stammer as I realize I wasn't in my room.

"Hey bro." a voice calls as a girl about the age of fifteen walks in, "You ok? You're screaming and I can't hear what Lexi's saying on the phone."

"GET AWAY! I'M LEAVING!" I wail as I spring out of my bed and make a bee line for the door. I dodged my so-called mother's arms but was caught from the behind in a huge bear hug.

"You won't be going anywhere right now." Mr.Brown booms as I squirm in his powerful grip.

"Let me go! I hate you all! Where are my real parents!?" I screeched louder than a banchie.

Mr.Browns jaw tenses and his eyes narrow in anger as Mrs.Brown broke down, sobbing.

"HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME, YOUR MOTHER, AND JULIE IN OUR HOUSE! I HOPE YOU'RE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!" roars Mr.Brown in a ballistic rage.

I manage to wriggle out of his grip and fall to the floor. I bounce up and speed down the hall, pushing obstacles into the path of my pursuers. I hear a large crack and a yelp as I turned the corner. I looked around and see Mr.Brown sprawled across the floor, trying to get untangled from a pile of blankets that were slithering around him like snakes. I keep running and stumble upon an old photograph. I saw Mr.Brown, Mrs.Brown, Julie, and... and... Me! I was standing next to them with a grin splashed across my face. The photo splipped out from between my fingers and shattered on the floor, the noise echoing through the house.

"Woof! Woof! Woof!" comes a response from the room I assumed was the kitchen. I dart way from the door and into the library. I hear the scratch of nails on the floor as a dog bursts through the open door.

"Phew!" I sigh, seeing the dog was only a Shitsu.

"Yip! Yip! Yip!" it snarls at me.

"Wait- What?!" I muttered to myself realizing this isn't the only dog in the house. The floor under my feet shakes as footstep pound the ground. I looked out the door and see a massive German Shepard lumbering toward me, growling. I didn't understand why the people know me but the dogs didn't, so I came to the conclusion that the people were lying. But one factor threatened to push my conclusion down the drain. It's the fact that-

"WOOF!"

The huge dog's bark startles me out of thought. In the hallway the German Shepard catches my scent and begins sprinting to the door. I close the door, lock it and push a shelf in front of it as I hear the dog make contact. I am praying that the locks hold and just my luck they... don't. The dog shatters the chain on the first lock and cracks the doorknob lock. I struggle to push more and more of the bookshelves in front of the door when I see a window. After blocking the door with twelve shelves I prepare to jump out the window. As I look out the glass panel I see people! But they are twenty feet down. Three stories down. I never survive a jump like that.

'Oh no!' I thought to myself, 'I'm trapped!'

The dog breaks the barrier and bares it's teeth at me. It leaps through the air, knocking me to the ground. It drool pools on my shirt as it snarls down at me. It's rancid breath burns my eyes and nostrils. The huge teeth in it's mouth glint with saliva as I struggle to free myslef. It's muscles tense ready to strike and it fixes it's eyes, full of malvolance and hate, onto mine.

And then it lunges at my throat.
