"So I guess you can begin by telling me what is it that you do?"

"Well my friend, isn't that the milliond dollar question? I guess you can think of it if you think about your hometown."

For some reason when I heard that coming from his raspy voice I simply trembled. That was all I could do, afterall how could anyone remember about my home? I had searched everywhere for files about it however, every place I looked I always stumbled. There was no other thing I could ever do. So how, how did he know?

"Have no idea what you are talking about."

"Then I also guess you have no idea why there's a blank in your memory."

That was one of the few moments I felt something inside me snap. I mean it's not like I was making that a secret though for some reason I never had the will to say that to anyone. So how was it possible he knew that?

"If you are wondering how I know that, just join us and I will tell you."

"Did you not say you were going to answer all my questions if I followed you?"

"You got me there. Ain't you a smart lad?"

   "Who even says lad?"

"This brilliant lad here. Anyway, to answer your other question just answer me this. Do you really think that your town was the only one?"

"Actually, I never thought about that."

"Well, it wasn't lad. Actually innumerous cases just like that happened all around the place. We are still not sure when it all started or why it did, what we do know is that we will find the answers to all those questions whie stoppind and ending it no matter what it takes. For that your abilities would come in handy which is why we want you to join us."

"And you would expect me to join cuz?"

"So you saying what happened back then has got nothing to do with you and you aren't slightly interested in it?"

"Just saying it may be better that all of it is deeply buried in a place that no one can find it."

"Is that what you think that Amy would want? I can see you still feel about her the same way you did, if not what other reason would you have to remain single even when most girls hit on you."

"Well maybe you are right, maybe you are wrong. Who knows?"

Though I said that Daniels was indeed right. Amy never had left my mind and even now she hasn't, I mean there's no way you can ever forget your first love while stopping wondering about all the what if's when you remember everything so vividly with the chance for making them happen being taken away.

"So what do you say lad? Let's find out how your city left the map?"
