Sunday night and as usual Sungjae will just stay in his room while watching some movie in his laptop. "Woah! They are twins. " He's watching Eagle Eyes where Shia Labeouf is the lead actor, playing double character of twins. He was so immersed into the story that caused him to shrieked unexpectedly when he heard a thud sound at his window. He have a weak heart anyway which making him easier to be surprise. He felt weird at first and try to ignore the sound when it sounded again. He's still battling in his mind whether he should or not to have a look and ended up walking towards it while praying nothing should cause him to shriek again.
He was blanked at first once he saw her down there nearby the gate of his house. " Yook Sungjae, annyeong. " " Yah! " " Sshhhh !! " She made a gesture that she will call him on phone. He was confused at first but when his phone starts ringing, he quickly answered it knowing who it would be.
"Yah !! " The first thing that he uttered once he answered causing her to jerked slightly. " That was loud. " He walked back to the window, watching her from above. " What are you doing here at this time ? " " Sungjae-ah, mwo-hae ? " They were right now talking on the phone while looking at each other. One is still bewildered while the other one is seems on a good mood. " Me ? Right now ? Looking at you confusedly since I still wonder why are you here ? At night ? Alone down there without Hyun. " " You talk like an ajushhi. Anyway, do you want to have some fun ? "

" I still can't believe that you are successful in persuading me on going out at this time. " They were now walking along the street as the cab drop them there as been told by Joy. " That's because you can't resist me. "
" Are you crazy ? You want me to sneak out with you at this late ? " " Oh, come on Sungjae. You'll sure like it. " " Where are we going anyway? " " It's a secret. Just come will ya. " " If you not tell, I won't go. " " Arasso. I will just go, by my own, all by myself without my precious. " * There she goes again, making that sad puppy face. * " I'll be down, in a minute. " " Yah, be careful or else you will make everybody awake. That's how you sneak out. " She sure know how to make him laugh after all.
" Now tell me, you've been dragging me since then. Where are we going exactly ? " " First, we should go there. " She pointed at a place not far from where they stood, " Shopping ? "
They are inside a boutique where you can find all sort of cloth but mostly they're for casual occasions. Joy was so excited when she saw all of these cute and sexy cloth. " This has been my dream to get you a makeover. " " You want to style me ? " " Shhh !! Just do as I say. No but and I'll reveal what's all of this for. " He just follow her, waiting for her choosing which shirt she should have him wear tonight. " I think I like this the best. What do you think ? " " As long as it's still decent then I'm fine. " " Hehe. Go now and try. "
" Joyiah .. I'm done. " He took a peak and hear her voice on the other side. " Really ? Me too. On count of three, let's go out together. One, two .. three. " And they both coming out from the fitting room, looking at each other in amazed. " Yah Yook Sungjae. You look so wow. " " Why are you wearing a short skirt ? " They both have a different reaction for each other which causes the sales girl to giggles at them.
Sungjae cannot protest at all as he's been pushed towards a chair. " Sit down and let this unnie style your hair. " " I still wonder why are we changing cloth and all and ... " He looked at her, about to give his opinion about her choices of cloth until she stops him. " Don't ever dare to complain about my skirt again Sungjae. Not tonight cause I want to have fun."
It took almost 15 minutes for his hair to be done. He thanked the stylist and walked towards Joy who's been waiting at the couch. " Joy, I think I am done. " She turned to have a look at Sungjae and to her surprise, he was beyond her imagination. She was amazed as it shown with the way her eyes went wide and her mouth gap open. " Sungjae-ah, what happen to you ? " " Why ? Do I look weird ? " " Weird ? You're perfect !! Yah you look like an idol or better, a hot model. " Joy was satisfied and at the same time she could feel her face burning as she stares at him. From head to toe, he was perfect.
Sungjae watched how Joy face beaming with smiles while staring at him and it somehow made him blushed. " Yah, why are your ears so red. " " That's because you've been staring at me. " " I cannot help it. You look so handsome tonight. " Joy has always been blunt and Sungjae could never get use to it.

" So, I've did everything that you want. Maybe it's time for you to tell me why are we doing all these ? " Sungjae questioned as they were walking making Joy to beam with smiles again which eventually made him smiled too. " You've been smiling a lot today. " " I'm just happy because this year I have you to celebrate my birthday. " He abruptly stops after heard that making Joy to stop walking as well. " What's wrong ? " " Your ... birthday ? "
He felt bad, really bad at the moment. They've been friends for quite sometime now and the only thing that he happened to missed out is her birthday. After all these time, why didn't he ask, he wonder and not even once had it crossed in his mind which really made him feels guilty. All that he did tonight was only whining. He could feel the lump in his throat as he trying to utter a word. " Joyiah .. " " Huh ? Are you okay Sungjae ? " " Joy, I'm sorry. I didn't know that it is your birthday today. I'm such a bad friend huh ?. " He courageously held her hand while looking at her apologetically.
Joy was taken a back for a short moment once she realised how concern he is towards her feeling. She patted his back smilingly, " Why are you saying that ? It's not your fault. Even I never mention it to you. Don't feel bad Sungjae-ah. " " But still, I should've ask .. I .. " " I'll be very happy if you can spend your time with me tonight. That's all I ask Sungjae-ah. " " Really ? Are you sure you're not mad at me ? " " Yes, and how can I be mad at you ? Your are my precious property. " There she goes again, with her precious property but surprisingly, he didn't felt burden anymore but actually he kinda like it now with that pet name he got from her. " Alright. I'll do anything that you want since its your special day. "
