"You're mad," I commented, looking at Damon. He had just got home. And we were completely alone. The girls had all left earlier while Damon, Enzo, and Ric went to enjoy happy hour. And then that whole thing on Instagram happened. I can't believe Bonnie was with her. That's why she couldn't hang out with me and the rest of our friends? How rude.

He didn't reply. But I could tell. He was angrily packing a duffel bag. His jaw was clenched so tightly mine hurt. But he still wore the Ray Bans I bought him, which covered his eyes so I couldn't see all his emotions. "You didn't tell me you slept with her," I stated and he didn't react at all. Just kept packing. "Just so you know, I packed for you already. Our bags are by the door."

He stopped what he was doing immediately and straightened up. He headed for the door grabbing the large suitcase and my packed gym duffel. He said a few days. "Lets go," he ordered.

I climbed off the bed and met him at the door, which he held open. "I didn't mean to upset you, baby," I said, taking his hand.

"I specifically wanted to be left out of it. I wanted to drink bourbon for a few hours with my guy friends. Then I had this huge surprise for you. Guess what, cancelled. Because you went and stuck your nose somewhere it didn't belong."

"So it's all my fault then? Is that what you're saying?" I asked.

"You started it for sure," he retorted, dropping the duffel off his shoulder now. "Why'd you have to comment?"

"I wasn't going to... But I couldn't help myself. I didn't know they were really gonna be that offended... But it was an ugly picture."

"Go get in the car," he ordered, picking the bag back up and dropping my hand to grab the suitcase handle again. I bit my lip and walked out the room. He followed me down the stairs, out the house, and to his car.

I got in the passenger seat while he put our bags away. When he got in the car, it was full of tension. He buckled up, started the car, and immediately cut the music off so it was more uncomfortable. "Baby--" I went to speak.

"Don't talk," he said. But it was in a pleading voice. Once we were on the road, he reached over with his hand and grabbed mine, intertwining our fingers. That was a good sign.

I brought our hands to my lips, kissing each one of his knuckles. Then with my other hand I slowly turned the music up, listening to the soft sound of some pop song.

It took us 20 minutes to get there. Then ten to check in and get to the room. Once we were in, Damon shut the door, and placed our stuff to the side. The place was really nice. I walked across the room to the balcony, opening the blinds. I smiled then, "baby, look at the view."

"I don't want to look at the view," he said, and suddenly he was right next to me, arms wrapping around my waist

"I don't want to look at the view," he said, and suddenly he was right next to me, arms wrapping around my waist.

"Are you going to reprimand me or not? Let's just argue now," I said. Then his lips slowly started to suck on my neck, right above my collarbones. And my breath hitched.
