I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I threw my pillow at it it kept on ringing "shut the hell up" as I covered my ears with my hands
I finally got my lazy ass up and went over to my closet as I groaned I got a pair of grey legging and a baseball tee that had burgundy sleeves , my hair was curled

"Mom I'm off to school" I yelled "okay honey I hope you have a good first day of school "whatever" I sighed and slammed the door i walked my way to school when I arrived at school I took a glimpse at the building it read Los Angeles Intermediate i sighed and headed over to the office "hi can I help you" said a lady with glasses "I'm new here I need my classes" I responded with a low tone she then told me where to find my classes I went inside the counselors office "hi may I help you" the man asked "I'm new here and I was told to come get my classes here" "oh uh okay, name please" "y/n y/l/n" he typed in my name and printed out my classes "here you go and welcome to L.A.I" I nodded and said thank you and left his office I sighed and made my way to my locker, my locker was 232 but I couldn't find it I made a few more steps and finally after a long walk I found it I put it my combination and opened and put my other bag inside which contained spray cans and tagging markers. I accidentally dropped one of my markers as I bent down a I felt a hand slap my ass I jolted up "nice ass" a guy said I glared at him and walked towards him his friends parted from him , I got him from his collar and pushed him towards the locker "touch me again and you'll regret that shit , remember that shit" I said as I let go of him and pushed him towards the locker and he hit head I looked around and saw everyone staring at me then I saw Benny,Denuez, Betram and Yeah-Yeah I was wondering where the other guys were at but then I remembered they were in middle school "what the fuck is everyone staring at wanna end up like him?" I yelled and everyone turned around and acted like nothing happened "that's right" I said I went back over to my locker and slammed it-the bell rang and I stormed off to class.

Benny's pov

I saw when that guy touched y/n my blood started to boil but I knew y/n was gonna snap I knew her if anyone did something she doesn't like she won't hesitate to speak up or fuck someone up.

Y/n's pov

I made my way over to my first class as I entered the room I saw people looking at me with fear others ignored my presence then I saw someone I least wanted to see Benny. "Is this Mr.Mendoza" but before the teacher spoke up a blonde spoke up "yes it is idiot don't you know how to read" she obviously didn't see the incident earlier. Another girl looked at the blonde and shook her head at the blonde she must've saw the incident earlier "this bitch isn't gonna do anything Emily trust" "you sure of that" as I walked over to her and grabbed her wrist with a tight grip "ow" she whimpered "that's enough ladies" the teacher said I let go of her hand and I looked at the whole class "anybody want to say anything" no one said anything they just sat there silently "that's right if you got anything to say to me don't be a pussy about it, run up or shut the fuck up" I blurted out Benny looked at me stunned and I made my way over to my seat and everyone looked at me "what the hell are y'all-" "that's enough y/n" "tell them to quit looking at me I won't hesitate to fu-" "principal office y/l/n" Mr.Mendoza said I stood up from my chair "already , alright" I cheered "see y'all in three days" I waved at them and went out the door and made my way to the principal. Turns out I got suspended what a surprise my mom picked me up the whole car ride was silence. We got home when I thought my mom wasn't gonna bitch at me oh how I was wrong "y/n what the fuck it was your first day of school and you're getting in trouble already" I shrugged "don't you fucking just shrug at me, you promised me when we moved here you weren't gonna act reckless anymore" she shouted at me "some promises are meant to be broken" I flat out said and went to my room I heard my mom screaming my name to come back but ignored her. I laid in bed and thought about everything then I drifted off to sleep.

Benny's pov

So much shit happened at school, no one would stop talking about y/n and about her behavior and on how she got suspended on the first day. I walked home and went into my room my window was open I thought I closed it I said to myself confused . That's when I felt someone push me against the wall and smashed her lips against my it was Taylor, she's been having a huge crush on me for the longest she would never leave me alone. I found myself kissing back , my hands found her butt, I grabbed it, her lips were now on my neck she sucked harshly I moaned "y-y/n" she stopped kissing my neck when she heard a name that wasn't hers I was surprised I said y/n's name but why did I say it I thought "y/n? Y/n's pov

I woke up from my nap I quickly got up and made my way over to the living I noticed I was alone finally, some time to myself I said to myself I went back to my room and decided to change I took off my shirt and leggings and shoes, I decided to take off my bra and put a long t-shirt that was mid-thigh and some knee high socks. I made my back over to the living room and plopped myself down on the couch and took out my phone and scrolled through my social media

Benny's pov

I couldn't take it anymore so I made my way over to y/n's house

I can't believe I did that. We laid there in silence he was still panting he finally spoke "I want you to be mine" those words stunned me I felt happy I haven't felt happy in so long. "I'm yours" I said and pecked his lips. We still laid there his hand under my shirt and we talked and talked for hours "come spend the night with me" he whispered in my ear I nodded . We made it to his house , no one was home, "where's your mom" I asked Benny "work" he responded shortly.
