Note: I think this one is personal, but please don't take this piece literally. Read beyond the lines. It means something that a reader must figure out.
"Soon you'll leave!"
A three-word startling statement has lots of implications. It's the same with the saying beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I mean, it depends on how you're going to interpret that. I am wondering why a certain man keeps on asking me the same questions every time he sees me in school. He is always like that, asking me if I'm okay or why I'm always wearing black.
I observe, but I'm not good at deducing people. I didn't know if he only wanted to start a conversation with me or he really likes to know me. My opinion doesn't go with the former and the latter. I think this man found me as mysterious as the cases being solved by Sherlock Holmes, or he thought that I'm a good puzzle to solve.
Okay, this time, I will really talk about this man, but still not his autobiography, but who is this man behind his mask. For me, everyone is a human of many faces. If my deduction was right then I also had the same impression for him. I also found him as a puzzle to solve. Being a puzzle to solve is far different from being a pawn to toy with. Honestly, the moment I saw him, he already got my attention, and I didn't know why. He emits a positive aura that made me smile before. This man is playing the role of a mere shadow. He does what he is been told to do. He is very passive. I mean, he is always calm. I might say that he must shift into Psychology for having that well-modulated voice, and for having an ability to change the mood of a person. I tried to avoid his presence, because I know this 5 footer guy caught my attention, and being attached to the opposite sex is what I am trying to escape.
I hate attachments, for I know that this man will soon leave, but he never got tired of asking me. Leaving someone doesn't always mean physically, but also it can be leaving someone emotionally. I'm a magnet of misfortune. Being close to me always creates bad luck. One thing, I can't escape is that destiny is good at playing games. I've been reading him all the time, for he is easy to read. So far, I think I'm right, he really found me mysterious, and after he finished solving me as a puzzle, the thrill was gone. We both figured out the mysteries behind our masks. We uncovered the mystery that we're both looking for. What I mean in being a puzzle to solve is that this man found me broken_ broken beyond repair. Well, I think he is looking forward to fixing me, and build me again.
What lies within is a pawn a toy with is rude and awful. It is like building a snowman, but it will also be destroyed by the person who created it. We are all puzzles. Someone sees us differently just like this man saw me as mysterious as the cases being solved by Sherlock Holmes. I'm complicated, yet interesting. The bottom line is we see through different perspectives, maybe you're a puzzle to solve or an option like a pawn to play with.
