Avoid labeling someone. Stop calling your classmate "bida bida" just because he or she is always reciting in class and is always tasked to become the leader. That someone is not bida bida, maybe he or she is just doing the best or doing his or her part as a student, because he or she wants a good grade. Then, ask yourself after you label him or her. What are you doing after all? What have you done? What did you attain after judging someone?
Stop smart shaming people.
Stop labeling someone as "malandi" just because he or she falls in love with somebody else while he or she is still in a relationship. You don't know the story. There are lots of possibilities. Maybe, they are not in good terms anymore or one of them fell out of love even before they separate ways. Emotions are subjective. Yes, it's wrong, because society sees it as something that breaks the norms. I know, we should not tolerate such acts, but who are we to judge them? We are just a bunch of audiences who enjoy watching another person's life and look for his or her mistakes. Now, again, where are you? What happened after you labeled them? Is it something beneficial? You just cause another emotional damage.
So please, stop labeling other people.
