Lachlan's P.O.V

Sarah was leaving in a week so Zoe and I decided to throw her a surprise party. She probably won't expect it but were her friends and were going to miss her.

"Alright Zoe don't forget to tell everyone it's a tag along party because it has to be big and we have to find a way to get Sarah to come to the party next week or else it would be a big fail"

I was so stressed and I wanted this to be perfect.

"Lachy take a chill pill you're stressing out so much. You're so nervous. This isn't like you man. Everyone said they're coming and they know it's a tag along party. Just make sure your parents will be out that night"

"Yeah I will but if they come early I'll kick them out"

We both laughed before Zoe said she had to go. We said our good byes then I hung up. Sighing I sat on my bed. I liked Sarah so much and I wanted to tell her but I don't think she likes me back.

I wasn't going to tell her because I'd make a fool of myself and anyways she sees me as a brother doesn't she?

Sarah's P.O.V

I don't know what's up with Zoe and Lachy. They've been ignoring me since I told them I'm going to London. I know they're upset but ignoring me won't make it any better.

Mum was having the neighbours over for dinner. She told me I had to behave and be respectful. Well if she wants me to respect them then I'll need to be respected in return.

My phone starting ringing and I sighted before picking it up.

"Hey Sarah it's me Zoe"

"Oh hey Zoe um what's up?" It was awkward taking to her because of the whole ignoring thing.

"Nothing much just wanted to tell you you're mum invited Lachy and I over for dinner with your neighbours tonight so you have company and she told me not to tell you but who cares you were going to find out anyways"

"Or really? That's great but I don't want to be annoying I mean you both have your own lives so you don't have to come if you don't want to"

"Don't be silly Sarah were both coming because we don't want you to be alone and were friends after all and we want to come"

Zoe and I talked about a few others things before I hung up. I only had an hour to get ready before dinner. I wasn't going to try impress anyone but mum wanted me to dress nicely

There was a knock on the door and dad told me to go and answer it. I got off my seat and walked towards the door. I began to unlock the door and I looked to see who it was.

It was the neighbours son.

"Hi I'm Nate, nice to meet you"

I didn't know what to say. He was so attractive.

"Oh um hi I'm Sarah nice to meet you too Nate, come on In"

After Nate got inside I said hi Emily and shut the door. Well this was going to be a long night.

Mum and dad got along so well with Emily and i found it awkward to sit with them so I decided to go outside.

"Mind if I join?"

I looked up to seeing Nate with a smile on his face and I nodded before opening the door and walking out.

"So Sarah how old are you?"

"I'm 17, what about you?" He couldn't be older than 20.

"I'm 20, I'm turning 21 in a few days"

Well I guess he is going to be older than 20.

"So, you got a boyfriend?"

Why did he care? What a creep.

"Nope, I'm a single pringle, what about you? Any special girl in your life?"

I couldn't help but notice his eyes look away. Was he upset? Did I say something?

"Oh um nah, I'm a single pringle too"

He sounded hurt. Like he wasn't telling me something. No Sarah don't, it's non of your business.

"You're so hot, wonder why you don't have a boyfriend"

I could feel my checks heating up. What should i say? I'm so awkward far out. I stayed quiet for a few seconds before my nigh mouth opened itself.

"Oh Um thanks?"

"Aha welcome babe"

It was so awkward I wanted to punch myself. Gosh I should go inside. Good idea.

I stood up and Nate did the same and we both walked in the house and I heard another knock.

It was Lachy and Zoe.

I just realised Nates never met them before. Hope they get along.

"Hey Zoe, Lachy, this is Nate my neighbour"

"Hey mate nice to meet you" Lachy seemed like he liked him already.

"Hi Nate, nice to meet you" Zoe smiled at him. Well that's a good sign.

"Hey guys nice to meet you too"

They smiled at each other. Well looks like they'll get along just fine.

"Sarah sweetie bring your friends, dinners ready"

We all walked towards the table and took a seat. Zoe sat on my right and Nate sat on my left. Lachy sat in front of me.

It felt awkward having the parents sit with us. They're probably going to ask embarrassing questions.

"So Sarah how do you like school?"

I looked up and saw Emily smiling and waiting for an answer.

"Umm I mean I don't mind it. I'm going to London anyways so I'll be graduating there" it was strange talking about London.

"That's great sweetie! London's a great place and I'm sure you'll love it" Emily smiled at me then started eating again.

She was so nice and I was so awkward and quiet.

I don't want to think about London tonight. I'm not letting it ruin my mood.

Sarah's P.O.V

Nate was waiting for the bathroom after I had finished. I quickly fixed my hair and walked out of the bathroom.

Nate was on his phone talking to someone. I heard him say something before he hung up.

"Oh hey Sarah"

"Hey Nate, bathrooms free"

"Oh no I didn't come for the bathroom"

"Then what did you come for?" I looked and saw him move closer and he pushed me against the wall before he whispered in my ear.

"I came for you baby"

I felt his lips on mine. It wasn't a sweet kiss. It was rough. His hands were roaming around my body.

I didn't push him off. I kissed back. My body took control.

After a few minutes he pulled back. We were both breathing hard.

"That was fucking amazing"

I felt my checks heat up.

"Sarah.....?"

I looked up too seeing Lachy.

A/N: DANDANDUNNNN stupid Nate. Stupid idiot. Poor Lachy he was going to tell Sarah he like her and Nate just decides to kiss her. What a dog. Anyways thanks for over 100 reads you amazing humans. I would really appreciate it if you guys got your friends to read it. Comment, vote, like. :)
