~Nate's P.O.V~

"Mum, have you seen my new shirt, the black one, I need it for the date, tonight," I called out to my mum.

A few seconds later see came in with my shirt and I put it on.

"Thanks mum, I'll be home by twelve," I said and walked down the stairs and got my keys and settled into my car.

I wondered where to take Zoe since she seems like she doesn't have much of an interest in anything. After thinking, I decided to take her to a nice restaurant down south.

I arrived in front of her house which she had given the address to me last time I saw her. She can be handful, with asking so much questions. God I need to get ended and down with this shit of her and her little friends. I have no time for romance, I'm only doing this so I can get to Sarah as quickly as possible.

I pushed on the steering wheel for it to honk and I saw her peek through the window of her bedroom. She waved and I waved back and she disappeared then after a few minutes she walked out thr front door to the car.

She was wearing a dress with a jacket pulled over her shoulders and she walked to the other side of the car and pulled into the passenger seat.

"Hey," I greeted her with a smile.

"Hey, Nate," she replied closing the door.

"Ready to go?" I asked her.

She responded with a nod and we set of into the street.

~Zoe's P.O.V~

The car ride was not awkward but I think I was annoying him by asking where we were going and if he was vegetarian or not and all these stupid questions.

"So, have you dated anyone else, either than me?" I asked.

He muttered something under his breath before he replied, "no, and I don't really care about dating,"

That got me on hold before he yanked the car and we were in front of a restaurant. Somewhere I haven't been before.

He got out first and came over to my side opening the door for me. I thank him and we walked inside. I hugged myself with my hands since it was a bit chilly and Nate stared at me before talking to the waitress at the desk.

The waitress guided us to a table and we sat. I took my phone out checking the time and placed it back inside. Nate was looking at me and I looked back when someone came up and we both visualized the man.

He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants and had his hood up. He whispered something in Nate's ear before walking away to the side talking to the waiter.

I didn't realize I was staring until Nate called my name.

"Zoe, I'll be right back, okay, don't go anywhere," he said and I nodded in understanding and he went to the man.

I watched as they talked and Nate kept looking at me every few seconds.

I was confused and scared. I wanted to talk to Lachy but I didn't hesitate in calling him. But I'll tell him later at school. The waitress came with a menu and I ordered some chicken wings with a salad and she wrote it on her little note pad.
