Jack showed you around most of the town and introduced you to many. You were walking up to a very tall cement building when jack stopped you to say something.

"(f/n), if you are going to stay in Halloween town we need to make it permanent."

"What do you mean?" You asked confused.

"Well this is Halloween town and have you seen any humans walking around?"

"Um...no?"

"Right! You are the only human here. And there are not suppose to be any at all. So this is your last chance to turn away my offer to stay here. This is the doctor's house he is the one that changed me into what I am today to keep up with Halloween town's traditions. He will have to change you to." Jack said speaking to last sentence a little softer. Your eyes grew wide.

'I won't be a human any longer, this is my last moment in this form.' You fought within your head for a bit. 'But then again I never really had good experiences in this form so why not?' You had made up your mind. You looked up at Jack and smiled.

"I'll do it!" Jack grinned almost immediately. He took your hand rushing you to the entrance and pushed the loud squeaky doors open. As you stepped into the bottom floor Jack looked up at the top and yelled.

"Doctor! I'm in need of your assistance!"

"I'll be right down my boy!" Jack squeezed your hand a little bring you to the realization that he was still holding your hand. You blushed a little turning the other way till the doctor came down. When he rolled around the corner you saw he was pretty small and was in a wheelchair. He also had quite a large head he certainly fit the picture of 'mad doctor'.

Jack let go of your hand to talk to him. The action left your small hand cold even if Jack had no skin he still seemed to radiate heat.

"Doctor, this is (f/n). She is a human that wants to stay among us." The doctor looked at you and began to circle you looking at your body up and down.

"I see. So does the girl know what she wishes to become?" He asked finally coming to a stop and looking up into your face.

"Oh um well... what is there to become?" The doctor went over to a book case taking out a very large and dusty book. He blew the dust off and opened it to a random page and handed it over to you.

"Any monster you see on this page you may become, it's the only ones I know how to make." You gently took the book from him studying the page and Jack silently read over your shoulder. There were monsters on the page with the name and a small description to the right of it.
