Nine months ago my sister was artificially inseminated with Dylan's sperm.

Today was the day we finally got to start our family. After two years of marriage we decided we were ready to start a family. These nine months we told my sister every single detail of how this was going to be.

the doctor came towards me and dylan. "Her room is 147" He said. Me and dylan ran to go see our beautiful child. We didn't know the gender because we really wanted the baby to be a surprise. We slowly and quietly entered the room. I saw my sister with the baby.

"Say hello to ruby krecioch." My sister said. I slowly walked up to her "Oh my god she's beautiful." I didn't realize I was crying  until I felt the tear fall from my face. Dylan held her in his arms and she smiled.

The doctor walked in and said "okay so ruby is going to be adopted by this couple, correct?" My sister nodded and said yes. "Okay you two need to sign some papers and then ruby is all yours.

Signing a crap ton of things later.....

"Okay ruby is all yours but ruby and her birthmama will have to stay for a while in the hospital." The doctor said. Me and Dylan nodded because we knew the whole procedure.

A few weeks later.....

It was time to take ruby and my sister home. Dylan and me had done all of our baby research and parenting skills and we also took advice from Dylan's family and my family. So we were overall prepared. We also had my sister and our mom make ruby's room because me and dylan wanted the baby to be a surprise so we didn't see the room and my mom and sister knew the gender so they decorated her room.

(Skip car ride)
Me and Dylan were not at all I geuss "judgey" about the gender we just wanted a healthy child. "Did you two decide who's going to be named daddy and who's going to be named dad?" My sister asked.

"Dylan is daddy and I'm dad. We finally decided after the biggest fight ever." I said. I helped my sister out of the car and dylan took ruby inside the house. Me and Dylan went upstairs to ruby's room. It's so cute and beautiful.

We got a house together. We have a child together. I couldn't be happier.

"Okay so umm I don't want to get too attached to ruby and before you say anything you can repay me with having ruby be homeschooled and have her call me aunty." She said. I want to tell her to stay but we already had this discussion even before anything happened. My sister just wanted us to be a family and she doesn't want to interrupt.

"I want you to know that you can visit anytime you want" Dylan said. "Yeah I know bye guys I'm going back home" my sister said.
