The Move

  I watch buildings and houses past by us as we leave New York.

  Oh, I'm Maya Hart by the way. My mom has found a better job all the way in California so that is we're going. It's going to be a long car ride and we have to make over night hotels stays. So you can learn everything about me as I'm stuck on this boring road trip.

   First thing you need to know is it's November 2nd. I started a little bit of school back in New York but, now I'm moving to Beacon Hills, California. So I will be going to Beacon Hills High school as a freshman. I know, fun right?

  The next thing you should know is I'm one of those girls who doesn't really do her homework. I still though know about 50% of what we're learning. I'm sarcastic and can be very fun.

   So at my old school I had one friend but it didn't work out to well. I had an argument and don't really want to go into details. Anyways I love to sing and draw. It's one of my two favorite things to do. Drawing always calms me down and makes me feel better. Singing is just something I like to do for fun. I don't really think it could ever be my future or career. 

    No, to answer one of your questions. I've never had a boyfriend and have been single for awhile. Although I would not mind a boys affection. That being said doesn't mean I've never had a crush or liked a guy.

    Another question you may have is where's my dad? My dad left awhile ago, I haven't seen him in a long time. To be honest I don't want to see him....not ever again. Not after what he did to me and mom. Me and my mom struggle by thanks to my dad and his no helping his family policy. Anyways no, I don't have any siblings. I'm an only child. Though I have always wanted a sister.

   I'm pulled from my thoughts as we pull into a hotel parking lot. It's 11:00pm and I'm pretty tired. Only like two more days of driving. Yay!
