I'm Being Ignored

Walking into school this morning I automatically look around for Liam. He hasn't answered any of my texts or calls. I feel like he's ignoring me. Is this about the kiss? Or is it something else? I walk in to see Riley waiting for me.

"Hey."I say.

"Hey...who are you looking for?"she asks me.

"Hmm....oh no one."

"Is it Liam, you know he's not in this class right?"

"Yeah it's just that I really need to talk to him..." When class begins I can't think of anything but Liam. Why is he ignoring me?!?!! As I walk to second hour I see Liam in the hall. I begin to walk towards him but he immediately walks in the other direction. I finally catch up to him to see that he went in the boys locker room. So he is avoiding me.....why? He has to come to second hour, so I have to see him. I sit by Mason who's watching Corey again but, also is looking for Liam.

"Have you seen Liam?"Mason asks me taking his eyes off Corey for once.

    "Yeah..he's been ignoring and avoiding me, since yesterday."

     "Why?"

     "I have no clue....well maybe I have a little clue but it still doesn't give him the right to ignore me."

    "What went on..."

    "Well I was starting to turn and my head was killing me. Then, Liam leaned in and starting kissing me. I mean I kissed him back though, then after we let go he got up and walked away. Also he walked home instead of getting a ride with Kira and me."

     "Oh....."after he said this we kinda went silent. I hear the bell ring and I see no Liam. He skipped class just to avoid me. Wow. In lunch there's still no Liam, though there wouldn't be cause he doesn't have this lunch. I want to know why he's ignoring me. Before I was worried no I'm just mad at him.

    Liam finally makes a wrong move by walking by empty class room. When I say empty I mean me hiding it.....waiting for him. I grab his arm and pull him inside. I push him against the wall as hard as I can.

     "Liam! Why in the world have you been ignoring me!"

     "I don't know what your talking about...now let me go."

     "No! Look you skipped class so you didn't have to see me. The moment you saw me you hid in the locker room because you know I can't go in there. You've been avoiding me and I want to know if it's because of the kiss or not."I yell in his face.

    "The kiss..."

     "Yeah...why did you leave? Why have you been ignoring me...was the kiss a mistake."

     "Do you want it to be?"he says looking down at me with his cute blue eyes.

     "To be honest....no. I like you...no I love you Liam. You finally kissed me and then just started ignoring me. You really hurt me."

     "The kiss.....wasn't a mistake. I love you Maya, I've liked you since the first time I saw you."

    "Really?"

    "Yeah...now can you let go of me, so I can kiss you?"he says and I let him come off the wall. He leans into my face again, pressing his lips against mine. My mine goes blank, all I can think about is kissing Liam. I feel his hands on my waist as my fingers play with his hair. He pulls away and as soon as he does I want to grab him again. I want to stay here, kissing Liam. I can hear our hearts racing after we stopped.

    "Come on, we have to get to class."he says looking up at the time.

     "Fine....but, your coming over after school."I whisper in his ear as we walk down the hallway. I put my hand in his, making my whole body shut down. Our hands let go of each other only to go to class. Today feels like a dream that I never want to wake up from.

Liam walks me home, looking at me every so often. As soon as we get into my house he wastes no time to kiss me. He grabs my face and pulls me in. This time I wrap my hands around his waist, though I love playing with his hair. He pushes me up against the wall. He's lips are cold but soft still.

   "Liam....I need to breath....you know."I say catching my breath.

     "Sorry."

     "Your fine...you know yesterday was my first kiss."

     "Yeah it was mine, too."

    "No way. I mean look at you....that couldn't have been your first kiss."

    "It was and I'm glad I got it have it with you."he says. Instead of saying something sweet back I kiss him.  Making out with him for probably 15 minutes. I hear the key turn in the door were standing right next to. Liam and me separate for a moment. We're stand in front of the door as my mom walks in.

    "Hello Maya, who is this?"my mom asks.

     "This is Liam, mom. He's my friend......well we're more than friends really."I tell her holding Liam's hand. I hope my mom will be okay with me having a boyfriend.

    "Oh...well if he's not your friend than what is he?"

    "He's my boyfriend."

    "Oh well it's nice to meet you Liam. You may stay for dinner if you like."my mom says smiling as she walks off to the kitchen. I smile as I take his hand and run upstairs. I shut the door and go back to kissing him.

    "So I'm your boyfriend, now."he says.

     "Yes....am I your girlfriend?"

     "Of course...I mean you mean a lot more to me than a friend."

      "Good."I say kissing him. He moves me hair to the side, kissing my neck. His kisses are gentle and soft on my neck. He kisses my shoulder moving my sleeve down so he can kiss every inch of me. I've never felt like this before.......it feels amazing. Every few seconds he whispers things in my ear making me shiver. I love when he whispers I love you in my ear and then kisses my neck.

    Dinner was great. Liam and me sat side by side holding hands. It was Chinese food tonight so at least Liam liked it. My mom asked him some questions but wasn't to pushy. What I got out of it was that my mom liked him. Before he left he kissed me goodnight. I don't think I'll ever get used to this. Him kissing me and telling me he loves me. I went  to sleep happy.....happy that Liam loves me. Happy that my mom likes my boyfriend.
