Andre POV
The bell has rang letting us know we can let out of class. Leaving the class I couldn't stop thinking about the whole Mitch thing early, what did he say to Elijah to make him cry. Seeing Elijah like that made everybody angry.

"Hey, Andre you want to hang with us after you finish with Elijah" Dante said.

"Yeah, we can go to the park or something and chill that where we going anyway" I told him.

"Okay,I still can't get the whole situation between him and Mitch out my head" Dante said.

"Yeah, me too I'm going to go look for him I catch up with you later big head" I said daping up Dante.

I started walking to Elijah locker hoping he was there cause I'm not about to be looking for him. Before I can turn the corner Mitch talking to him.

"Where do you think you going playboy" Mitch ask

"Um um I'm going to go find De'Andre to work on our project"
He told him. He was stepping back a little bit he look as if he was scared a little.

"Oh yeah I forgot about that dumb ass project. Anyway look" Mitch back him up into the locker "I don't want you telling my business to my homeboys you understand" he told him.

"I'm not, why would you assume that I was tell your business" Elijah told him

"Because they confronted me because I made your ass cry, look fuck all that or else we are going to have the same problem like we did when we was in Jr. high.

Idk what happened in Jr. High but it had to be bad cause Elijah whole mood changed again making him look down and just said "Okay".

But Mitch grab his face doing that evil smile he always do whisper something in his ear making Elijah push him and walk away.

I pretend like I was just about turn corner " you ready to go" I ask him
"Yeah come let go" he said fake happy.

"So where are we going" "to the blue park" I told him.

"So, what do you want to talk about" he ask when we sit down at on bench.

"What was that paper that Mitch had gave you" I ask it look like homework or something.

"Oh that was nothing but a note" I can tell he was lying but I can't press him on the situation.

"So, Elijah what do you with you spare time" I ask trying to change the subject.

"Really nothing but play on my phone, listening to music or probably talking to myself" he told.

"Wait, you talk to yourself" I ask him it doesn't surprise me.

"Yeah, it's actually therapeutic sometimes you just have say something out loud to yourself" he told me I just shake my head in agreement. I think everybody talk their self every once in a while.

"What about you what do you do on spare time" he ask me

"Nothing really but hang with Dante and Shaun" I told.

"Speaking of them here they come now do you want me leave" he ask me I just look at him like he was crazy.

"Why would you leave" "so you can hang with your friends" he said. "Sit down Elijah".

"What's up y'all" we all said.

"What y'all doing" Shaun ask

"Nothing, but Getting to know him" I told him.

"We should be doing the same thing to Shaun" Dante told Shaun.

"I wish we didn't have to do this project" Shaun said to us

"Me too" Dante agree

"I actually like doing the project" I told them it's fun hang with Elijah.

I look at Elijah to see why he was so quiet all the sudden he look like he staring into the distance

"Eli you okay" I ask

"Yeah" he said depressly "wait did just call me Eli is that my new nickname" he change back to happiness.

"Yeah" I smile I see we are closely leaving the Acquaintance stage but I know he deserve something before leaving that stage.

"Um Elijah can I tell you something to you" he shake his head looking at me into my eyes "I just want to say that I actually like hang with you, and I want us to be friends and I know the only way We can be friends is only If I apologize,Elijah I just want to say that I deeply apologize to you for everything" I told him from the heart.

He began to smiled real big"Aww, that was nice, yeah I accept your apology" he got up to hug me.

"Aww, y'all make some good partners" Shaun said. I lowkey forgot then niggas was here.

"Hey we should play tag" Elijah said.

"Okay" we all agree. I had so much fun hang with Elijah I can tell this is start of a new friendship.
