Ik I posted the first chapter not long ago but I already had this written so I was like why not?
This is really short I'm sorry, ok, ik I'll make them longer..

Laur's pov:
"The street lights are on" he says not even turning around to face me. "You know what that means!" He says still facing the TV
Yes I do know what that means, it means having to sleep outside tonight in the rusty old tent that could fall apart at any time.

"Yes dad, I'll get my stuff"
It's not worth arguing with dad you can never get him to change his mind, Ever. I walk to my room to get my stuff and that rusty old orange ish tent that's now more of a brown than orange. I hold the tent as far away from me as I can and walk out to set it up.

later that night:
I check my phone for any messages I see one from Jack 'meet me at 5 tomorrow at the cafè'
Why? I think to myself after all he's done he wants to meet me!
I think about what to write back
I write 'k' then erase it again. I decide to sleep on it and answer him tomorrow. I take a screenshot of our conversation and send it to my best friend Bailey 'what do I do?' I ask her.
I close my phone and go to sleep

A/N
At this point, like it said in the description Laur knows that Jack cheated on her but doesn't know who with.
This was a really short chapter sorry promise I'll make them longer I'm just really busy with school and that.
