Chapter Nine

I walk out of the bathroom and Levi is standing there. He looks me up and down then his catlike eyes land on mine. I got lost in a memory.
I walked into the restaurant that Levi said we were meeting at. I looked around and didn't see him anywhere. I looked forward again. That's when I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist and warm breath on the back of my neck.
"Hey love" he said. He kissed my neck. We stood there for about five minutes before
I smiled and said, "So, are we going to eat?"
He smirked,"close your eyes and give me your hand" he said reaching out. I closed my eyes and gave him my hand. He pulled me out of the restaurant by the feel of it and we walked for about two minutes. Then his hand disappeared.
"Levi?" I called out.
I heard his laugh and his arms were around my waist again.
"Open" he whispered.
I opens my eyes to an amazing view. We were on a small pier over a lake. The sun was setting directly in front of us casting a pink glow on the lake.
"Oh my gosh" I gasped in astonishment.
He laughed,"I knew you'd like it. Now," he went and picked up a tiny bell and rang it once. That's when his brother ran out with two plates.
Levi  took my hand and walked me over to a table. He pulled out my chair and I sat down. He took his seat and his brother looked at me.
"This is amazing Dexter!" I exclaimed.
He smiled and said,"It was all Levi's idea I just learned about it today! Now, what do you want to eat? We have Spaghetti, Chicken Alfredo, and lasagna."
I looked at Levi," this is to much, you didn't have to this!"
He smiled, "of course I had to do this! Your my girlfriend! And I will always do the best for you."
I felt my face heat up. " Dex, I'll have the alfredo."

That night was amazing....

I snapped out of it when Levi leaned in and kissed me!
Wait what!!!!! Levi kissed me!? When he pulled away he looked into my eyes. In his eyes I saw love and hope. I felt scared but somehow safe....
He must have seen something....
