I left her. I never thought I would find my mate and when I did I left her!
We should go back to Summer... My wolf whined. He was right. We should.
But I couldn't . In the passion of being with Summer, I forgot that my friends were set to attack SilverMoon' pack house.
Well I wouldn't say friends.... More like rogues I traveled with to abide the rules.
The rules are complicated. They've ruined my life for many years.
Longer than Summer. But this was the final straw. I would fight them. I would fight anything to be with Summer.
I should have rejected her. It would have been less painful for both of us.
But there was something about her. Her eyes, her smile, the way her body fit perfectly in the crook of my arm.
At that point, I was running through the forests. I ran until I reached my favorite place in the whole world.
I had been camped here for three weeks, the longest I'd ever stayed in one place.
I had a small hut on the banks of a river. There's was a nicer pond up river, but I knew it would be the first place to look for someone hiding out in the woods.
Someone like me.
But it didn't matter now. I would be leaving soon. And burning all the evidence.
Unless....
No I couldn't. I couldn't take her away from her family.
But I couldn't stop her if she went looking and found clues....

SORRY FOR THE SHORT CHAPTER! It's easier to write in Summers POV so those will be longer.
