This is the Chapter that one of my friends just texted me and I wanted to share it. So here is her exact words:
I realized today, as I sat on the side, people have different ways of expressing their affection and appreciation. Some , though not many, are like me and express their affection through violence and constant teasing. Others do not appreciate unique way that we communicate, often observing our personality and firing off teasing of their own, even if it isn't in their nature. For some, it's the way they were raised, for others t was dug into them from years of teasing. They change their nature so that the affection they have is hard to see. So no one will know how much they hurt them.
Some people show affection through touch, another thing I do, and use it as one of their main ways of communication. A hug, touching of the knees, maybe touching pressure points. Showing signs of an overly-affectionate and close knit family or the lack of, resulting in the child wishing their touch could bring the affection they lacked.
Some people show affection with aggression. Anger and hatred. Some people care a little too much and some people care too little. There are many different ways to show affection and most people take the different forms offensively. A person who cares too much is easily offended by the constant teasing and physical violence some people show them.
That is all she really wanted to show me and I think she is an awesome writer. This is the chapter where my best friend shared something to me so I shared to you guys.
