“This is the end. The end of the path I fought for all my life. The sooner you realize that the safer it is for you.”

No! You can’t die. We were both meant to solve it together; it was supposed to be both of our doing! Our joint achievement. I’m not supposed to be the sole hero.”

“I don’t want you to be the sole hero. I want you to save yourself, just like every normal human out there would. Promise me you’d back off and deviate from this path. Promise me you wouldn’t encounter the same abysmal fate I did.”

“I’m sorry, but I can’t promise that. But i promise – that I won’t stop until I make those responsible pay. Every single one of them. I wouldn’t rest until it’s so. You can’t stop me.”

“No, Jai don’t be silly–man. Don’t do that. You have a fam…you have fam…ily…remember your family.”

“Matthew, no Matthew. Wake up, man! Matthew! No, no, man! Matthew! Matthew!”

“…I gotta tell you that play really touched me, you know. Probably one of the best plays we’ve had this night but who am I to decide? The judges are to decide that. In a few moments, the result would be coming in and we would be announcing the winners but before we do so, I’d like to welcome to the stage, the principal of this great institution in person of – Dr. Miller.”

“Thank you, thank you. Students and staff of Prescott high, visiting schools and parents and other numerous distinguished guests of today I want to express my gratitude for your support towards we – Prescott high in our annual drama day. This is a special edition and it’s our 100th. So yeah, we’re one heck of an old institution. I want to believe you’ve all had a great time so far today, as I myself has also enjoyed the drama day exceedingly.

Today has been quite a day, really. There were numerous plays which were performed on this stage by different schools, and I want to say that every single play succeeded in highlighting it’s core better than the others. Every single play shined and was distinct in it’s own way, and so the award for best visiting school isn’t awarded to the play which we all thought was better than the others. I don’t think such thing is possible, but the award is given to the play which high-lighted it’s essence and crux well than the others.

Today has been one of our best editions really. I’m sorry I can’t go on to assume that it was the best in history, since none of us here was alive, hale and healthy since the past century but I’m pretty sure it should go down as one of the best in history. I wish all of you success in your respective endeavors from henceforth. Thank you for giving us a treat, tonight.”

“Thank you, Dr. Miller. There is a lot of truth behind his words there. The results are in now, and the fate of every school now lies in my hands, literally. I’m holding in my hands the judges final verdict. I’m not gonna delay us further, so I’d move to announcing the results immediately. I’m gonna announce the top three, and the remaining positions would be displayed on the screen.

In third place, all the way from California – Lakeview High! 2nd place, all the way from Atlanta, Georgia – Brittney High! And finally in first place, I think we already know what that school is. Enthralling story, mysterious approach, fantastic script, fluid direction and I’d have loved to go on but I’m afraid my vocabulary is only limited to that. Ladies and Gentle-men, I give you Miami’s very own – Castle High!

And with that we finally round up the anniversary of our drama day. We at Prescott wanna say a big thank you to the committee responsible for organizing this event and everyone else present to witness this day come through, have a nice life and see you again next year!”
