"That's the third time this month, kid."

The gruff voice of the officer didn't even seem phased. He gave up being surprised after the second arrest he made on the same boy for the same crime.

Emptying the contents in the backpack the boy was carrying, the officer barely emitted a sigh when cans of spray paint hit the asphalt beneath them in a series of loud clanks. Yet again, there was no surprise.

He didn't say a word as he pushed the boy into the car and shut the door behind him. The officer turned to his partner and the two shared a small look before he started the car and began their journey to the precinct.

It wasn't until the car had stopped and the door on his side opened, did the boy snap out of his bored daze.

"Come on," The officer muttered, gripping the boy's right wrist and hoisting him out of the car.

The precinct was buzzing with life and activity. Officers moved from one side to the other, most of them carrying a bulk of papers. Some even shoved a person they had arrested into a seat.

The boy grew confused as he was lead down a hall instead of being directed to where the other perps were. When he was met with a wooden door, he mentally sighed, but managed to make a show of rolling his eyes.

"Take a seat," The officer grunted as he shoved the boy into a cold, metal chair. He then left the room, and the boy only sunk down into his chair and propped his legs on the metal table.

He flicked his golden brown hair out of his eyes, making a mental note to get his eldest hyung to cut it when he was back home.

A hand reached up and started to play with the loose threads of denim on his jeans. He then played with the many rips and holes he had on them.

Sighing, he threw his head back and silently prayed that he could leave sooner rather than later.

As if his prayer was answered, a click was heard and the door was unlocked. In stepped a man in his mid-forties, dressed accordingly in the respected uniform someone in his position would get.

"Kim Taehyung," He all but spat as he threw a thick file onto the table. Taehyung didn't even flinch.

A sly smirk started to crawl onto his lips, and he decided to play with the officer. "That's my name, don't wear it out."

"Trust me, it wore out the first time I had to see you."

Taehyung hummed, "So did your face."

Nostrils flared and eyes set into slits, the officer stepped forward and rested both hands on the metal table. "Respect. Maybe you should learn some. Especially to those superior of you."

Rather than looking away and feigning regret, Taehyung made direct eye contact with the officer. It was him, the officer, who broke the cold contact first, and Taehyung didn't bother hiding his triumphant smirk.

"Aish," His eyes caught a glimpse of his mug shot, "Do you think we could retake that? I was having a really bad day that day."

No verbal response was given, but Taehyung watched as the officer's knuckles turned white from his death grip on the table.

"This is your third arrest in less than twenty five days," The officer stated, then snapped his gaze back up at Taehyung. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't force you into another overnighter."

"Well," Taehyung swung on his chair, using his propped legs to steady himself, "I'm sure you remember what happened last time I was here for a night. And my brother wouldn't be very happy to hear about that. He wasn't last time."

"Ah, Min Yoongi. Tell me, has he gotten over the accident?" The officer knew he was striking a soft spot deep in Taehyung's core, and he thrived from it. "I wouldn't. I mean, if I had my own family–"

Taehyung jumped back to his feet, and, faster than the officer could anticipate, his fist was striking his jaw. He didn't feel any pain in his wrist.

The officer stumbled back, a hand gripping Taehyung's strike point.

"You little..." He didn't finish his insult before he backhanded Taehyung.

His head moved to one side, but he dared show no pain as he turned his hard gaze back to the officer. Cheek stinging, head blaring and eyes soaring with anger, Taehyung raised his lip in disgust.

This time, neither one of them broke the contact. No, it was a knock on the door that disrupted it. However, when the officer turned to inspect the visitor, Taehyung kept his eyes on him. It took all of his self control not to lash out and hit him again.

"Taehyung, we're going."

The voice was familiar. Taehyung wanted to sigh when he saw who it was standing behind the threshold of the door. Instead, he smirked.

"The hell you are, he didn't even–"

"You should really train your officers better," Taehyung's smirk grew wider as he held up his flip-phone. "Or, at least get someone who actually can."

When he strolled past the officer and to Yoongi, he tried to angle his head away from his hyung, but Yoongi caught sight of the red cheek.

He gripped Taehyung's jaw and turned his head so he could see it better, then glared at the officer.

"He made the first move."

Yoongi scoffed at the pathetic excuse that fell from the officer's lips. "Whatever. Enjoy your next job at 7-Eleven, dickhead."

The two exited the precinct, Taehyung, of course, snatching his bag from one of the officers. Once they were back on the street, Taehyung started to laugh. Yoongi looked at him as if he were crazy.

"You gotta' stop doing this, Tae," Yoongi mumbled, his voice quiet yet serious. "Jin is working late tonight, but if he found out..."

"He didn't, though, Yoongi-hyung. And it's not like you can talk." Taehyung gestured to Yoongi's jacket, "Where'd you get that from? Or, rather, who?"

The elder didn't look at him as he mumbled, "At least I didn't get caught."

Deciding to dodge the subject of getting caught, he stuffed his hands in his pockets.

"When's Jin-hyung home?"

"He gets off in a half hour. If you're lucky, we'll be there before him."

"Jimin?" This time, Taehyung turned to look down at Yoongi to watch his expression.

"What do you think?" Yoongi muttered, kicking at the stones below his feet. He sighed, "Come on, before Jin beats us there."

A/N: First chapters are never the best with me...
I would like to address that the plot is not mine, and belongs to the creator of the video on YouTube. I've left the inspired video above/twelve pages back. I did change a few things, like their age and whatnot (nothing major) but the rest will stick by the description and video as much as possible. Also, I am adding ships into this, because I couldn't resist it. If anyone is against boyxboy or gays in general, this may not be the fiction for you.
Thanks,
