Chapter 9

Rosemarie sighed nervously as Jasper opened the door of his house. Jasper smiled at the girl and sent calming waves to her.
Rose smiled at the blonde.
"Thanks."
Jasper nodded and led her to the kitchen.
Four heads turned to her as she walked in.
The brown haired woman smiled at her.
"Hi, Rosemarie. I'm Esme."
Rose smiled and hugged her.
"It's nice to meet you."
Dr Cullen smiled.
"Nice seeing you again, Rosemarie. You can call me Carlisle."
Rose nodded as he shook her hand.
Emmett smirked at her.
"Hey, short stack."
Rose laughed.
"Bugger off, Cullen."
Emmett laughed at her antics.
Beautiful blonde girl looked at her warily.
"I'm Rosalie."
Rose smiled and pulled the tall blonde in a hug.
"Can I call you Rose?"
Rosalie smiled at the small brunette.
"Of course. Can I call you Marie?"
Rosemarie nodded.
"Of course."
Alice then jumped through the window and hugged the human girl.
"Hello, Marie."
Rose giggled.
"Hi, Alice."
Esme smiled at the girl.
"Would you like to eat something? We made Italian food."
Rose looked at Jasper.
"Actually, I already ate but thanks."
Esme smiled.
"Oh, well. More for Bella."
Rose smiled at the mention of her sister and Jasper immediately felt happiness radiating from her. He smiled.
"Let me show you the rest of the house."
Rosemarie nodded and waved to the rest of the Cullens.
Jasper opened the door of his room.
"This is mine."
Marie smiled as she saw a huge bookshelf. She walked to it and slipped her jacket feeling warm in the house. She put it on the small sofa and went back to admiring the books.
Jasper watched her carefully as her fingers brushed over books.
She turned to him and smiled.
"No bed?"
Jasper smiled, his dimples showing.
"I don't actually sleep."
Rosemarie frowned.
"Not ever?"
Jasper shook his head.
"No."
Rose nodded and sat on sofa. Jasper looked at her as she did that.
"I like your family."
Jasper smiled.
"They like you too."
Marie smiled at the blonde and took his hand.
Jasper's eyes never left her face as she traced patterns on his hand.
Rose looked up and saw Jasper looking at her. Her cheeks immediately reddened.
"What?"
Jasper smiled.
"You are very beautiful."
Rosemarie smiled and looked down at their hands.
"Thank you."
Jasper drove Rosemarie home. As he pulled in front of their house, Jacob was there.
Jasper clenched his jaw and got out with Rosemarie.
"Hey, Jake."
Jacob smiled sadly.
"Hey, Rosie."
Jasper walked to him and took collar of his shirt.
Rose gasped.
"Jas."
Jasper's eyes were full of hate.
"If you touch her again, I will personally tear you apart."
Jacob pushed him back.
"You are not her boyfriend."
Rose stood between them and looked at Jasper.
"Jas, calm down."
He was a minute from draining him.
Jacob sighed.
"I'm sorry, Rosie. I didn't mean to hurt you that day. I was just trying to protect you."
Rose nodded.
"It's okay, Jakey. I know."
Jacob smiled and pulled his best friend into a hug.
Jasper growled a little at that.
Jacob smirked at him over Rosemarie's shoulder.
Jacob walked inside their house.
Rose turned to Jasper smiled.
"I had fun today, Jas."
Jasper smiled.
"Me too, Marie. Will you allow me to pick you up for school tomorrow?"
Rosemarie smiled.
"Sure, Jas."
He smiled and bend down, kissing her cheek lightly.
Rose smiled.
"See you tomorrow, Jas."
Jasper nodded and waved.
"Bye, Marie."
Rose walked into house and saw Jacob, Charlie and Billy watching football.
"Hey, Billy."
Billy waved and the three men focused on TV again.
Rose smiled and walked to her room laying down.
Best day ever.
