Chapter 7

Rosemarie and Bella were in Port Angeles as Jessica and Angela looked for prom dresses.
Rose smiled as the two girls found perfect dresses.
Bella stood up.
"Rose, wanna come with me? I saw a book store. I wanna buy one book."
Rose nodded.
"Sure. Jess, Angie, let's meet in an hour in that restaurant down the rode."
Jessica nodded.
"Sure."
As Rose waited for Bella, she looked around the store. She found some book about Archeology.
She bought it and the two sisters walked out.
It was already dark. Rose took hold of Bella's hand.
"Let's hurry. The girls will be worried."
Bella nodded.
Suddenly, five frat boys cornered them. Rose tried to protect Bella.
"Don't touch her, jackass!"
A silver Volvo stopped in front and two boys got out. Jasper looked at twins.
"Get in the car."
Rose pulled Bella in passenger seat as she sat behind. Bella took hold of Rose's hand and Rose squeezed it.
Jasper sat next to Rose as Edward got in driver's seat and drove away.
Jasper was shaking in anger.
Rosemarie took his hand and Jasper looked at her.
"Are you okay?"
Jasper laughed as Bella and Edward talked.
"You almost got raped and you ask if I'm okay?"
Rose smiled shyly.
"I care about you, Jas."
Jasper smiled and pulled her in his chest. She buried her head in his neck breathing in his scent.
"I was worried that they hurt you. I don't know what I would do if something happened to you."
Marie lifted her head and looked at Jasper.
"I'm fine, Jas. Thanks for saving us."
As they were now in front of a restaurant, Jessica and Angela came out.
"We already ate, so if you want we can go?"
Jasper looked at Rose.
"We need to make sure Rose and Bella eat."
Rose smiled and nodded.
"Sure, see you tomorrow, Jess, Angie."
Two girls waved.
"See you."
Rose and Jasper sat separately from Bella and Edward.
Rose ordered pizza but Jasper didn't take anything. As waitress put pizza in front of Rose, she looked at Jasper.
"You sure you don't want anything?"
Jasper didn't even glance at her. His eyes stayed fixed on Rose who looked shocked at waitress.
"No, thank you."
Waitress nodded.
"Okay, if you need anything call me, sugar."
Jasper didn't even nod. He was mesmerized by the beautiful human girl in front of him.
Rose looked after the impolite waitress.
As she turned to Jasper, he was looking at her with small smile on his face.
Jasper could feel jealousy radiating from her.
Rose sighed.
"How did you know where we were?"
Jasper glanced towards Edward and then back to Swan girl.
"I didn't."
Rose sighed and nodded.
"Are you going to give me some answers? Did you follow us?"
Jasper sighed.
"I feel very protective over you."
Rose blinked and her cheeks reddened.
"So you followed us."
Jasper nodded.
"I needed to make sure you would be okay. Then I felt what they were feeling..."
Rose stopped him.
"Wait. You felt?"
Jasper nodded.
"I can feel every emotion in this room. Lust, lust, love..."
Rose smiled.
"What emotions do I have now?"
Jasper looked at her eyes.
"You have so many emotions. Curiosity, confusion, admiration, fear..."
Rose frowned.
"Am I weird?"
Jasper chuckled.
"I tell you I can feel emotions and you ask if you are weird."
Rose smiled sheepishly and Jasper motioned for her to eat.
As the four were close to Forks, an ambulance and police was in front of police station.
Rose was sad to hear that her father's best friend died.
"I'm sorry, dad."
Sheriff Swan kissed her daughter goodnight.
"It's okay, sweetheart."
He closed the door and Rose sighed. She took book that she just bought and read it until she fell asleep with book.
Jasper smiled as she fell asleep. She amazed him, she was not a regular human. She was special. He knew she was his mate, but she didn't know that.
